Golf and Business Planning

This house worked out really well to host a business planning get away with my team. The house was centrally located between the airport great Scottsdale restaurants and the Golf courses to the North. The house and backyard were so well equipped we chose to grill dinner one night instead of eating out!

Clean, modern, great layout. Second family room for another tv room was great. Incredible communication. Kitchen supplies well stocked, backyard was awesome. Wouldn’t hesitate booking this house again. 10 out of 10 from everyone in the group.

Dreaming Tree Paradise

The Dreaming Tree vacation home was the best VRBO experience I have ever had. 2 weeks of relaxation in a very spacious beautiful home, in a terrific quiet safe neighborhood. The home was exceptional, the host was a pleasure to deal with and the location was so easy to get to any place we needed to go. The backyard, pool and hot tub was the highlight of the trip for my Grandaughter, an experience I will never forget. The pics online and description do not do the place justice. Its a paradise away from home. 10 thumbs up

Absolutely delightful

This has been one of the greatest stays I have ever had, and I travel a lot. This particular property is absolutely stunning. The photos don’t do it justice. It looks 10 times better in person. The check in was easy-breezy and the first things I noticed when I opened the house were how spacious it is (tall ceilings, big rooms), how bright it is and how nice the smell is. It is so fresh and squeaky clean. After that, I couldn’t wait to see all the rooms. The house is equipped with everything you need. From big amenities, to the smallest of details. The backyard is a story of its own. The lawn with the gorgeous Dreaming tree… It is so serene and romantic when it lights up after the sunset. Now I understand why they gave the listing the name that they gave it. The pool is excellent. It can be heated up amazingly. And don’t forget the hot tub. It is very easy to use and fulfills all expectations. If you need anything, just contact the property managers, they are super kind and eager to help you with whatever you need. The location is amazing, as well. Almost flawless!

Great Experience, Great Stay.

The property met our expectations. It was clean, accommodating and comfortable. We had a very slight hiccup with the heated pool, not being heated, when we arrived but it was addressed immediately. We were also short on propane, but again, quick response. Fortunately neither detered from our experience. The house is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery and shopping. I would highly recommend this rental.

The best VRBO experience ever!

My husband and I take our 4 g’daughter to Cousin Camp every year … This year we opted for a house w a pool in Phoenix … this property was perfect! The owners provide extra towels, dishwasher pods, clothes pods, paper towels … just extra stuff other properties don’t … it was clean, large and the master sheets!!!!! AMAZING!!!!! Soooooo soft! Ric was so responsive to my questions and even comments I sent him. I would 100% recommend this property! Thank You Ric and Jenn!
