House is very spacious for large gatherings but has unique smaller spaces where you can separate as well. Kitchen is large and there are several large tables so easy to share a family meal. Outside yard activities we do much fun for all ages.

Excellent communication. Host very responsive to questions before and during stay. Great house for a large group. Really enjoyed the pickle ball court and pool as well as the indoor games.
