Relax and unwind in this beautiful southwestern home located at 12627 N 38th Place, Phoenix 85032. Lounge in soft leather furniture, stunning wood burning fireplace with old barn wood cabinets and new stainless kitchenaid appliances, the home boasts a totally open floor plan and a large covered patio with Weber BBQ grill (gas), lovely landscaped backyard, patio furniture and hot tub spa immediately off the master bedroom. This masters king-sized bed has luxury bedding and travertine ensuite double sink bathroom with the beautiful hot tub spa right outside the bedrooms sliding door. The other bedrooms are set up for guests with a gorgeous queen bed or for children in darling bunk beds. We have a crib available if requested. This location is ideal for almost every activitiy in Phoenix, golf, hiking, swimming, shopping, sightseeing, visiting and just laying back and recharging. A 42' TV in the living area and TV's in each bedroom, the master has a 37' hdtv lcd and netflix as well as cable is included with wifi. Some of the restaurants in the immediate area are: Lots of specialty restaurants that arent franchise and the franchise are: Outback, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, In n Out, Chilis, 5 n Diner, and many other specialty restaurants. Grocery store is right up 40th Street and a Costco is at the PV mall within walking distance. Stonecreek golf course is within walking distance and several other courses are minutes away. The location of this home is ideal to access most of the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Great house!

The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable! We enjoyed the backyard, sitting outside with our morning coffee. The location is excellent- close to stores and restaurants. We took advantage of the quiet streets to walk around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location

Nicely maintained home, close to shopping and walking path. Good central location for spring training games. The cabinetry is barn board, so it's rough. Also, the master bathroom does not have a door. I thought that was a bit strange. Otherwise, a very nice place.

Very nice accommodation and a good location. Price a little high but that may be because it’s Phoenix and pets allowed. Upgrading some of the furniture would make it even better.

We had a great experience staying in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Darcy and team were very responsive, showed genuine care, and even followed up to ensure everything was in top condition. Great house in a great location!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 months and are so happy we chose this location. The house has everything you need including a fenced in backyard and hiking trail access nearby. It is in a fantastic location that has easy access to most of the valley area, and it is very close to lots of choices for shopping and food. I recommend this property if you are looking for a comfortable, safe and central location in the phoenix valley. Darcy, the property owner, is a gracious host who is wonderful to work with and immediately responsive. We look forward to staying here again.

5 Thousand Stars if Possible

All I can say is WOW! My mother and I lost our AC and we booked the house with minutes notice, and ended up having to extend our stay. Not only was the home clean, well stocked, the outside beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable, but Darcy and Melinda were amazing. I've never stayed at a VRBO and felt like I was priority number one, even before we go to the property. They responded to any questions or concerns we had in minutes. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They even checked in on us throughout the stay to make sure we were keeping cool, and had anything and everything. If you come to the Phoenix area, I highly recommend staying at this property. Or if you prefer Scottsdale, their home in the desert is just beyond. I was able to see that property too, it sadly wasn't a good fit for my unusual circumstance. But it too was gorgeous and beautifully maintained. Thank you Darcy, and Melinda, especially, for an amazing stay! I can't thank you enough for saving us, during this crazy heat wave.

Relaxing stay in near Paradise Valley

Very much enjoyed my stay at Darcy's charming home. All the amenities were provided. Too hot to enjoy the Jacuzzi, but come dall, winter, and spring, no doubt guests will take advantage of it. Highly recommend!

The property had everything we needed, plenty of room, laundry, great location, quiet neighborhood. I will always stay here when in Phoenix. Wonderfully "homey"

We are staying here for 3 weeks as our home is under construction. The house is super clean, beautifully maintained and has all the comforts of home. If you are traveling from out of town, it's a perfectly central location - walking distance to lots of things. We are so grateful to have found this haven in this chaotic time in our lives! Top Notch Retreat

This property doesn’t feeL like a VRBO. It feels like a best friend invited us to stay in their home. Beginning to end our host has created a delightful Southwest experience. It might not be for everybody but was perfect for us! We had absolutely everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and neatly kept. We rate our host 5 stars. We’re definitely coming back!

Wonderful property !!!

We stayed in the house for a month as we sold our home and were looking for a new place. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. She quickly answered any questions we had and provided assistance. The house was clean and had all the necessities covered. The house is in quiet neighborhood close to PV mall and all shopping centers. We are grateful that we found this home in time of transition. I highly recommended it.

Short weekend stay

Overall very satisfactory stay. We had two adult couples and a small dog. The property is decorated with heavy southwest art & furniture. The management was very responsive to a couple of small issues we encountered. My compliments on handling them quickly! Our only comment would be that the primary bathroom was really tight. It was difficult for two of us to get ready at the same time.

Needs Some Tweeks

Overall a nice house but lacking some maintenance. Light bulbs missing or burnt out, the wifi printer does not function, one of the stove burners does not work. Outside was nice but not useable. The furniture and table are covered with so much dust you can write your name in it.
