「This location is very far away from the Hoi An city centre...need to ride bicycle for around 10minutes, walk 20minutes above. If u have a short journey in Hoi An, I’ll not suggest to stay here as some of the tour even can’t pick u up here. I’m not lucky to meet a staff who English is really poor and can’t communicate or help us to book travel tour, even though the family here is very nice and kind. We are quite helpless to stay here. "The receptionist, the restaurant staff, including the executive chef of course), the doorman, everyone is so nice. I would like to express our deepest gratitude to a restaurant staff, a pleasant girl wearing a white shirt ( unfortunately I didn’t ask her name) who bring me a Vietnamese coffee every morning:) The house keeping was so good such that we enjoyed every night here. The room service did never let us down. Delicious and not too expensive ( of course we could have cheaper foods through Grab, but not good quality every time)! We will definitely reconsider this resort again and not hesitate to recommend to all others:)"
