The place was lovely and friendly. The staffs were great. A you are looking for a quiet peaceful beach holiday, then this is the place. Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

For a quiet and relaxing beach retreat

Service was excellent, friendly and helpful staff, though they speak limited english. Booking a taxi from the reception is often easier and cheaper than hailing a Grab, bcos of the remote location. You will wait a long time for any Grab cars to get here. Our room was directly facing out to the beach, easy access for a swim either at the pool or the sea. However, this close to nature means some mosquitos or insects can get in and bite you in your sleep. The hotel staff provides mosquitos repellent upon request. The sheets and towels can be cleaner, although they replace them every day during our stay. The conditions of the room and facilities was also a bit old. The free breakfast was excellent, you can eat all you want from the simple buffet spread, and from the a la carte menu of traditional Vietnamese food. The prices for the restaurant for lunch and dinner is generally affordable, fresh ingredients, and generous in portions

quiet beach time

I booked for 6 nights and ended up staying 11. But don't go unless you're happy to do nothing except lie on the beach, swim, snorkle, read, maybe take a bike ride or use the resort's kayak. Employees are very kind and helpful. One negative: the food is mediocre

휴식을 위한 힐링 플레이스로 추천합니다

많은 사람들이 중부와 남부를 방문하는 거 같아서 전혀 다른 곳인 북부해변에 방문했었습니다. 골드코스트 푸꾸옥은 해변에 바로 맞다아 있어서 숙박하면서 바다를 즐기고 휴식하는 것을 추구하시는 분들께는 최적의 장소입니다. 직원분들은 청결함을 잘 유지하고 있습니다 다만 목조 건물이자 오래된 느낌이 있고 일부는 부식이나 파손된 부분도 있습니다 이런 부분들을 크게 신경쓰지 않는다면 굉장히 좋은 장소이고 한국인이 많지 않아서 특히 해외여행을 하고 있다라는 느낌이 잘 듭니다.

Une très belle expérience pleine de charme

Vraiment un très bel endroit l'hotel est très sympa et le personnel aux petits soins Pour la restauration c'est top il y en a pour tous les gouts et les prix sont très corrects servi au restaurant ou au bord de l'eau happy hour avec de très bon coktail. La plage est propre et surtout l'eau est propre ce qui n'est pas le cas avec Duong Dong qui est une vraie poubelle. L'hotel est très calme et nous avons pu réservé un scooter à la Réception. Bref nous voulions un hôtel reposant et calme nous avons été enchanté à refaire

Great place to chill

We stayed in The Gold Coast Resort for 7 nights. The room and bathroom were both spacious and functional. Staff at the resort have a can do attitude and although sometimes things are lost in translation they always try to cater for guests requests. Restaurant has good choice of food and a cocktail happy hour. The little private beach is the best in the area in our opinion. The pool area is spotless and well maintained, if you are looking for a peaceful place this is the one for you. Would recommend and use again. Dave and Sally York’s

Awesome place

If it was not so far from the airport, this might be the best resort within its price range. Clean and comfortable rooms, crispy clear pool, located on a beautiful and empty beach front. Plentiful and tasty buffet breakfast. The hotel restaurant offers very tasty meals for extremely reasonable prices.

細やかに整備、掃除が行き届いていて、環境も良く静かで申し分のない宿泊施設でした。何もしない贅沢を味わえます。海とプールで子供は大満足でした。欧米人が主な客でアジア人が少ない印象。 英語があまり通じない事による行き違いは何に関しても多少あるけれど、スタッフ達の一生懸命さと素直さが伝わってきました。 フーコックに来るなら是非またここに泊まりたい。

5 days in Gold coast

The resort service was excellent the beach front bungalow was clean n the the beach at the front is clean n beautiful. Can see that the staff went round diligently to mantained the resort's cleanliness. Breakfast served is alacart, but quite substantial n nice. But it is quite far from the city but near Vinpearl land. We went to the starfish beach but due to rain there r not a single starfish, instead end up eating out at their restuarant. Its expensive n the seafood is not that fantastic. Overall the stay in Goldcoast resort is thumbs up if you just want to chilled out and dun mind the distance. Btw the weather was rather bad during our stay. Its sept month.

Great resort a little out of the way but good for relaxing. Staff very obliging and not pushy but could improve their English. Good accommodation, food, beach and surrounds kept spotless. Loved the dogs and 3 cute puppies.

Beautiful resort

After a hectic month traveling around Vietnam, we went to Phu Quoc for a week. 2 days at the Gold Coast resort was just what we needed. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and comfortable, the food was delicious and the staff were kind and helpful. Would definitely come back

Great place to stay,, just try it,, you love it,,

Great place,, quiet and good place to be.. Realy like it,, room cleaning service two time per day, they clean the beach every day,, the Vietnames food was perfect, cheap and great prepered, staff was always smile,, okej the English was not the best, some mistake happend, but the feeling was always there, so no problem they fix it,, we stay 10 days because this is one of the best place on Phu Quoc if you ask me,, go to the north if you dont whant so mutch tourist around you,, more local people her,, rent a scooter and discover with Gold Coast Resort as the base.

Boenhetene var fine med Ok senger og stort flott bad Det luktet kloakk fra sluket som de ikke klarte å fjerne. Den ene døren som ikke kunne lukkes/låses ble fikset. Det var ikke nok varmt vann til å fylle badekaret. (Da bør man droppe badekar også av hensyn til vannforbruket) De ansatte snakket svært dårlig engelsk. Dette medførte mistforståelser rundt hvert måltid. Det var satt opp et plastikkgjerde ved siden av stranden, restauranten. Det fløt av søppel på den andre siden og med riktig vindretning, fikk man en råtten søppellukt i særlig spissituasjon som var kvalmende. Det kan virke som om de har en kollektiv søppelproblematikk nord på øya. Veldig synd, for det er utrolig vakkert der.

It’s a nice resort. Small and very far from tourist zone. The food is wonderful. The language barrier is frustrating. There are also BIG bugs. Cicadas and cockroaches so if you are squeamish about bugs be prepared.

Посещаем отель во второй раз. Отель значительно расширился, появился большой бассейн, увеличилось количество номеров-бунгало. Расширился ассортимент услуг-спа салон. Кухня-как всегда на высоте. Сохранилась главная изюминка отеля -семейная обстановка, без лишних церемоний. Персонал очень дружелюбный и услужливый. Иногда проблемы коммуникаций из-за слабого владения английским. Управляющий отелем Мын очень доброжелательный, отзывчивый человек. Провефиссионал своего дела- все работает как часы.

Lugnt och skönt.

Jättefint hotell, lugnt och trevlig. Personalen talade väldig dålig engelska men dom var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Härlig pool å bra strand med en möjlighet till att snorkla lite om man vill. Nackdelen var att det var lite avsides och en bit bort att handla vatten ( 40000 vdn på hotellet mot 10000 vdn på " affären" ) men det finns cyklar på hotellet eller så kunde man hyra motorcykel/ moppe där.

去年に引き続き2度目の滞在　部屋数も倍以上に増えて、綺麗なプールもできていました。朝食も、オーダー式からビュッフェスタイルに変更されていました。周りに何もないので、とても静かでのんびりと過ごせます。海も　ロングビーチより綺麗、正面にはカンボジアが見えます。だだ、北東の風が強く吹くと海が荒れます。でも、プールが出来たので問題無し。レストランのお食事は、可も無く不可も無く。スタッフは、皆さん　頑張ってます。慣れないなりに　一生懸命で、好感もてます。4泊以上はフリートランスポート有り　直接ホテルにメールしてみて下さい。
