We had an amazing honeymoon here. Weather was amazing, with a few rain showers that were super short. Staff was amazing and knew us by name, and memorized our dietary restrictions and preferences. One of the most beautiful resorts in the world, and lots of delicious food options at all the restaurants.

Excellent all around: Room space, Service, Atmosphere, Decor, location, Details and F&B (although I thought Oku was a little below par vs the other 2 outlets given their positioning)

Everything is top notch accept the choice of restaurants, here Regent needs to step up and offer better chefs and selections at the Japanese and Ocean Club. The Vietnamese Market is a good and the breakfast excellent but expect more for a 5 star place.

We like the swimming pools and the cooking class organised on Tuesday a lot. The overall service and environment and cleanness are good. But food in Oku wasn’t as delicious as expected. The private candlelight dinner on the beach was so windy that we actually could not enjoy it slowly, the service and the view were good tho.

I’ve been blessed to stay at quite a few luxury hotels around the world over the last 5 years. This by far sets the standard!!! It’s a 5 star hotel all around pushing to 6 if that was a real thing :) The only thing I can pick apart if I have to be critical, is that the beach isn’t to the standard you would expect, but this is out of the hotel’s control. Hands down the best amenities, best service and best food I’ve ever experienced.

Breakfast is fantastic. Huge spread!!! Fruits are very fresh lots of fresh coconut drink. Coffee station has Vietnamese coconut coffee and iced coffee as well as the usually lattes etc. pho station and western station. Nam our server knew our names instantly and called us by our names during our whole stay. I'm sure he did that with everyone. Nice personal touch and service was excellent from him. We loved our Vietnamese stay

A wonderful experience filled with warm, exemplary staff who make it almost “their duty” to ensure our stay was comfortable. From Vy on BBQ beachfront night, to Thuan running the water sports club; from Minh, Kevin and Nancy in Rice Market, to Dora managing affairs in F&B, no task was too much and they all had a can-do attitude which makes it such a luxurious stay.

Gorgeous lux property, away from hustle and bustle. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday and the staff prepared a few special treats which was a pleasant surprise. Food was superb and we looked forward to breakfast every morning - staff at Rice Market were always attentive and polite. Treatments at the spa were really relaxing and the rooms are spacious and clean. Overall a beautiful property with wonderful service

This Hotel is 5-Star !! The Pool area and the beach front is amazing , the view from the roof top bar is amazing too !! The restaurants are great , and the service are 5-star !! The only thing would be the area around the hotel is empty , so no bars our restaurants outside walking distance . Then you need to take the hotel car or a taxi 20-min in to town .
