Our group of 10 booked the deluxe villa, and it was very luxurious! Every room was clean, and the house was beautifully decorated. Bedrooms were spacious, and bathrooms were modern and included amenities. Master bedroom has a large stone bathtub. Each bedroom also had an aircon. There was a small pool at the front of the house as well, but our family didn’t use it. It is in a gated community, so we all felt very safe. Staff was communicative over phone/messaging if we needed to call a taxi. Overall, highly recommend and would come again.

Beautiful condo and we can see the fireworks close and hear on our patio. Walking distance to the cable car and restaurants. Check-in office was a a bit harder to find but we managed to ask one of the building security guards. Overall well worth to stay at this place.

Nice place to stay in Sunset Town

Nice apartment room overlooking the bay meaning the view of the fireworks was spectacular. The rooftop pool was nice and clean. Despite being at the top of the hill, escalators down to the sea and shops means it’s easily walkable if you don’t take the shuttle.

Our room was not ready after checking in well after 4 p.m. We had to bring our own clean towels, toilet paper from the head office down the street and request garbage disposal. However, the great rate and fantastic view of the sea and nightly light and fireworks shows more than made up for these inconveniences.

My trip to Phu Quoc started as a nightmare once I checked into this apartment. They asked me to pay everything in cash because they have problems accepting credit cards. They did check us in and asked us to pay them later. They brought us to a dirty apartment that was dirty and nobody had cleaned it yet. So all of us sat in the dirty apartment and waited for another one. Then the room that they gave us didn't have a microwave, and they told us we could move back to the previous one after they got it clean, which I told them it would be inconvenient for us since we had already unpacked everything. This person that worked there told us to text her if we needed anything, but she just ignored all of our requests which we asked for. No microwave, broken chairs, and we ended up walking down to the office and told them we needed more towels. Then they didn't even take the old towels out and all the dirty towels started piling up. If you plan to stay in Sunset Town, please go elsewhere and don't waste your money here unless you want to get a place and be neglected by the people on Elyday.

I wouldnt recommend.

We got a taxi from the airport and initially thought we had been taken to the wrong address as we arrived in a ghost town of empty shops and european looking buildings. We wandered around for 30 minutes until we found a small office next to a restaurant that is their reception. There was someone in the room we couldnt check in until 3pm. We explored this ghost town for the day and found very little besides a handful of restaurants and sunworlds resort, who we assume built and own the town. This did disappoint us as we didnt realise we were staying in a knock off disney land. We went back to check in at 3. The man behind the counter said someone would come and check us in, 30 mins later a woman begrudgingly took us across the road to one of the apartment buildings. She took us up to the room, entered a code into the door and said there you go. We had to request the door code from her. She was very rude. That evening we requested laundry to be done and another girl argued that we had a washing machine. We didnt have one, so went back the next day and the man offered to get it washed for us and assured it would be done before check out the next day. Next day came and the dirty washing was still sat in the office, unwashed. The building itself is unfinished and dirty. see the pictures. Wires hanging from the walls, broken tiles on the roof by the pool, broken sun loungers (only 3). Almost forgot the so called mountain view. I wthet get started on the fireworks at 9.30pm

少し長めに滞在したかったのでキッチン付きのこちらを利用させていただきました。 新しい建物で高層階で見晴らしも良く海も花火も見る事が出来最高でした。 ただバルコニーから🐜蟻がベッドまで上がって来て何ヶ所か噛まれたのと、２日に一回の掃除とタオル交換がきちんと来てくれなかったので事務所に毎回連絡して来てもらわないといけないのが困りました。また利用したいのでその2点を改善して欲しいです。
