Could do better for the price

Elevator was broke my entire stay. Water dripped from the ceiling in the bathroom from a leak. The hotel never notified the booking agency of their new email address, so when I arrived they didn’t have my reservation. An hour and a half later I convinced the front desk to allow me to pay cash for a room and get reimbursed when the reservation came through. A quiet location and good restaurants nearby. The shower was decent.

The room was ok,clean enough, but no hot water ever. We also paid extra for breakfast, only to find that the hotel had closed its dining hall permanently, and the only way to get said breakfast was to take a ten minute taxi to their sister hotel. This was not mentioned before arrival. For the money we spent, i would have expected a whole lot better. Also finding the hotel staff sleeping in the lobby felt quite unprofessional. Would I go there again? Definitely not.

場所はいいが微妙でした。

部屋はそこそこでしたが、シャワーのお湯がたいして出ない。 朝ごはんがもう一つのホテルまで送りで行くが、全然種類は無い。 連泊だったので、かなり微妙な朝ごはんでした。 かなり割高に感じました。

Billeder man ser af hotellet udenfor er misvisende. Der er ingen restaurant. Morgenmaden skal indtages på andet hotel. Elevator ude af funktion ihvertfald siden november. Hotellet er i sørgelig forfatning. Ingen varm vand. Dårlig afløb efter bad, så gulvet sejler. Ingen udsigt fra vinduerne. Søde personaler. Fint stort værelse, men slidt.

He booked one large bed, upon check-in they provided a room with two separate (the windows looked into the next building. It was very dark. They said we would relocate. In the morning we changed the room, the big bed looked onto the street, it was light. But the air conditioning was very noisy. The whole hotel wasn’t hot water. Everything is already old. Cleaned well. To the center of Patong about 7-10 minutes. The alley is quiet, lived with a child.

Hotels.Com should never book this hotel

The water was cold in shower or did not run at all made many request to have it fixed but the owners did not care at all on the fourth day of my stay I moved out to the lantern hotel Very kind and caring .Hemingway destroyed part of my holiday Did not want to give my money back Just said I don't know how to use the taps. bloody insulting I would never stay at any Hemingway hotel

滿房子都是蟑螂 殺了十多隻出去逛街回來又發現十多隻 熱水器只要開了熱水..就只有超熱的水 等2分鐘冷卻了才有正常水 員工態度有問題 有三間海明威在同一區 但一直被指引去不是我訂的那間 單是CHECK-IN已浪費了一小時

SCAM!! AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!

Unbelievable, they sell you the hotel with these pictures and prices.... The moment you arrive they'll give variety of excuses that you have to change the hotel to "better" rooms... The rooms were nothing like in pictures, much worse, dark, there were some people fixing lamps and didn't leave for long time while we were there in room. Showers were cold... They should've informed us in advantage, we had pickup early in morning next day to ferry so we had to walk to original hotels because we couldn't change the pickup place anymore... They weren't even sorry for all this...

安くてロケーションが良い

一泊朝食込みで4千円とリーズナブルなうえ、バンザーン市場やジャンクセイロンに数分で歩いて行けます。ファミマも近くにあるので、非常に便利です。ルームは、部屋の空調が少しうるさかったのと椅子がなく、またホテルガイドもありません。ただし清掃は行き届いており、電気ポット、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーもあり、滞在に不便は感じません。受付は、あまりやる気が感じられず、チェックイン時には鍵を渡されて終わりでした。食事は、個人的には全然問題ないレベルですが、日本のホテルの朝食に慣れた人には不満に感じると思います。

Oud & vervallen hotel

Hotel staat niet eens op Google maps. Waardeloze kamer. Airco maakt meer herrie dan een tractor. Oud en vervallen kamers. WiFi is heel slecht, nauwelijks verbinding. Daar en tegen 30,- p/n betaald. Ik zou hem niet meer nemen ook al was ie gratis

The first room was floated.. the water in the shower didn't went down... Then we got a room that the window is next to the next hotel. No privecy at all. The brakefast was very poor. Happy that it was just for 1 night

Bad Location

Hotel is in a bad location. You must cross three busy roads to reach the beach. The worst road is 4055. People drive very fast and don't yield. It is very dangerous to cross this road. The hotel is very noisy. At all hours of the night, there is some kind of noise that would wake me up. Drilling, banging, fighting, loud bikes, dogs, something. 3,4,5,6 am for the 3 nights I was there. I never got a good rest. The bed was hard like a rock and I could feel the springs through the bed. Pillows were over stuffed making them uncomfortable. Hotel bar / restaurant never had anyone in them. Safe did not work. This hotel is around the night market and a lot of restaurants. Its also walking distance from the Phuket mall. Overall however I would not stay again due to the bad location, the noise, and bed.

Skuffet og altfor like navn / bilder

Hemingway's hotell var en stor skuffelse og jeg hadde lyst å sjekke ut samme dag jeg sjekket inn. Hotellets navn er så likt og på bildene trodde jeg d var et annet hotell i samme kjede jeg hadde vært på før (rett i nærheten). Derfor tok jeg og booket 3 netter. Vi valgte prøve 1 natt men d var vanskelig å sove fordi det var så lytt. Sjekket ut neste dag. Tenker ikke bruke Hemingway's kjeden igjen tror jeg. Vi sjekket inn på Deevana og dette kostet ikke mye mer per natt.
