From the front reception desk to the room cleaning maids, to the kitchen and dining room staff, to the forecourt attendants, to the onsite tourism event booking agency, to the swimming poolside bar, the service was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Nipa Resort is situated within easy walking distance of many shops, amenities, and tourist attractions and is well serviced by various transportation options. We found the staff to be unobtrusive but always a nearby presence to provide service and support.

It's very close to the beach and main attraction areas. The room is nice and the staff are very helpful. But I assume most tourists mainly aim for the pool and beach, so the gym is quiet and not all the cardio equipment works.

Hotel and facilities exelent, staff fantastic, location very good for shopping and nightlife. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to and from the beach. Pool was brilliant, lots of chairs and a bar. Restaurant and food very nice.

The hotel needs renovations, hot water works when it wants, water pressure is low, power outlets are low voltage, and wifibis really slow. The pool and bar were good. Breakfast was good and not repetitive. The motorcycle rental on the property is a bonus since getting around is a must.

Great for the price, the staff was very lovely and friendly which is very important, so we are very grateful of their service and care. The building is overall very nice with thai style, nice pool, good size beds,confortable rooms and very good service clean!. Also very good located in Patong for walking distance. The only feedback to improve maybe more variety for the breakfast and also they were doing some renovations during the day, which makes bit too noisy in the rooms.

Nipa on June-July

Breakfast was great as was the pool bar and the pool itself. Personnel have changed during the last years, but still great specially at the breakfastroom and pool bar. Hotel is clean and nice and in great location. If I have to say something negative, let it be that minibar was not filled daily. But overall very nice hotel and I will probably book a room again when I get next time to Phuket.

This location was great to get everywhere. Anything you could want is within a 2 min walk. The beach was about an 8 min walk down one straight road. Everyday they came in and tidied our rooms and it was like we just checked in. The breakfast was both Canadian and Thai. Great choices, nice location in the hotel and the staff were very kind and efficient. The coffee machine was super quick and no line ups. Lol Beautiful pool with a bar, elevator for those who need it. Would def stay here again.

We were given a lower grade room so I had to complain to get the room I booked. From then on...all top notch. Swimming pool was great and enjoyed a dip every day. As for parking, they should not say they have on site parking as only 3 places for the whole resort! Breakfast was good, almost very good. All in all, recommended.
