the best resort i have stayed at in thailand,room cleaned and bedding changed daily,good self catering facilitys,very helpful staff,amazing pool,only 3km from yanui beach,good aircon,peaceful at night,big comfortable bed,nice bathroom with hot shower,incredible value for money,lovely resort,will stay here again,many thanks yanui resort!

The only thing i would suggest a pressing needs of umbrellas to provide shade at the pool. Only 2 people can have the shade in this tropical sun. It would also avoid to get the little fruits or whatever they are falling from the trees on heads and body.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ya Nui! Gabriel and his staff took excellent care of us. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. It included a full size apartment style fridge and the ability to cook. The bed was comfortable and there were comfortable chairs to sit in and relax. The pool was right outside our patio area and quite refreshing. The on site restaurant had an extensive menu offering lots of choice. The food was very good! The resort was within walking distance to the beach and a wonderful seafood market. It is common to buy your fresh seafood and have one of the many restaurants prepare it for you! Would love to return!

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Bon séjour en général! Hôtel simple mais plutôt efficace. Pas recommandé pour une famille avec de très jeunes enfants (escaliers rudes pour accéder aux logements en étage, environs difficilement accessibles pour poussette) mais avec de + grands enfants c'est gérable. Quelques petits défauts : clim difficile à dompter, petite invasion de mini fourmis, mais le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Le petit restaurant est simple mais très bon. Nous avons passé 3 nuits er cetait très correct pour le prix payé

OK for a short stay

Good service from the staff but this resort is very small and compact especially around the pool area. It only takes one or two guests to splash around or interact loudly and soon you wish you were somewhere else.

Nice clean pool. Quiet location. Good food at the hotel restaurant. Some nice restaurants close by too. Bed was a bit hard for my liking. There was a brief 15 minute period where the water didn’t run. Not sure if that happens regularly.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Staff are excellent rooms are spotless and very comfortable beautiful pool close to one of the best beach’s in Phuket safe and very laid back. Very affordable I highly recommended Ya Nui Resort.

bien mais bruyant la nuit

Personnel accueillant, belle piscine mais pas trop adaptée pour les très jeunes enfants. La chambre avec 2 grands lits dans des pièces séparées était super ; spacieuse et très agréable avec terrasse. Seul hic mais important : nous avons été réveillés plusieurs fois la nuit (3 fois 3 nuits différentes) par des touristes indélicats qui sont rentrés avec des filles thailandaises (de bar probablement). La direction de l'hotel n'est pas suffisamment ferme voir est peut-ête laxiste dans ce domaine. Dommage

Kiva, tasokas ja rauhallinen hotelli ja ympäristö. Skootteri vältämätön, mutta sen saa vuokrattua hotellilta. Kukko huuteli ikkunan alla aamuisin. Hotellin ravintolan ruoka todella hyvää ja sen saa myös huoneeseen ilman lisämaksua. Sopii hyvin niin perheille kuin pariskunnillekin.

Zimmer nicht sauber, abgewohnt

Wir waren 4 Tage mit zwei Kindern. Das Resort ist klein und etwas abgelegen. Mit Auto ist der Strand und ein Supermarkt erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind groß, aber alles sehr alt, staubig und abgewohnt. Die Zimmer sind auch nicht sauber (siehe Bilder). Es hat nur eine Steckdose funktioniert, so dass wir den Wasserkocher auf dem Boden im Wohnzimmer anstellen mussten. Das Resort ist für Familien mit Kindern ungeeignet, da hier vorwiegend Senioren am Pool liegen und sich durch spielende Kinder gestört fühlen. Wir und eine russische Familien wurden mehrfach wütend von Gästen angesprochen, wir sollten mit den Kindern lieber am Strand spielen. Wir haben daraufhin das Management angesprochen. Hier wurde uns mitgeteilt dass Kinder auch nicht in das Schwimmbad springen sollten. Für einen Familienurlaub somit völlig ungeeignet. Dazu kommt noch eine Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Ein Bagger ist bis spät in die Nacht tätig. Die Baustellengeräusche sind berall zu hören. Wir würden sicher nie wieder in dieses Resort fahren.

Would recommend!

Very good stay overall. The room was very spacious, comes with a little kitchen, and nice size balcony. Pool was very good and staffs are also nice. Location is close to Ya Nui Beach and Rawai area.

Lovely stay, beautiful room, peaceful atmosphere

My partner and I had a lovely stay in a traveller room at Ya-Nui. The staff were really friendly and helpful! The room was huge, with separate living area (tv), kitchen, bathroom and bedroom (which had beautiful wooden furniture). The resort felt lush, and the pool was very clean. Its a 10-15 minute walk to Ya-Nui beach, and similar back to the main area of Rawai, although mostly beside roads rather than on a footpath. Its a very quiet area, so best suited for relaxing getaways, otherwise the reception can organise a near-instantaneous taxi or rent motorscooters to travel further into the thick of things in Phuket. Breakfast was yummy, and it seemed a really nice hotel for families as well. Recommend!
