「貝林左納市區能選擇的旅館很有限,我們預訂一間套房,住起來並不舒適,這間套房的房間格局在閣樓,房間高度很矮,ㄧ不留意頭會撞到屋頂木頭,套房的格局很不適當。 早餐還不錯,服務人員親切熱誠,到舊城市區開車約10-15分鐘。」

「Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend. 「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. We queued before another couple, but the waiter ignored us and then claimed there were no indoor tables, forcing us into a cold, semi-outdoor area.
