“The whole stay here was great from the moment we walked in until we walked out. Great friendly, helpful staff. Only a short walk from the Old Town main Square. I requested birthday balloons for our arrival and they were waiting in our room when we arrived. Brilliant service. If we return to Krakow we will definitely book this hotel again.”

“I am so surprised that it does have reception and no lift. I need to carry luggages and climb up more than 3 floors. No information was given to me before I arrived . Check in is by password that I was never been informed. How come hotel.com not knowing all that and inform me when I am doing my booking. It is lucky that we met the owner at the entrance of the building, otherwise it will be a nightmare..very bad communication.”

“Kunne vært bedre med 4 senger. Ikke sovesofa. Litt mindre plass til 4 personer. Kunne vært to bad. Kunne vært lite kjøkken med noe kjøkken redskap.”

“ペントハウスは、昼間は、明るくて良いのですが夏場は、熱く、明け方５時半でも全ての天窓に朝日を遮るブラインド、カーテンが無いため、起き出すしかないので夏場は、朝日と同時に起きる人向きだと思います。夏以外が良いのかもしれません。入室した際、エアコンのコントローラを見つけるまでかなりの時間を要しました。テーブル、エアコンの近くにあればすぐに見つかりますが白いキッチン棚の上のほうに、白いコントローラでしたので見つけるまで時間がかかりました。また、玄関の鍵が鍵穴と微妙にずれているので開錠するのに慣れが必要です。最初は、まったく開けられず、通りがかりのポーランド人の方にお世話になって何とか開けられました。給湯温度に不安があったのと４泊しましたので生ごみ等を捨てる場所の指示があったら良かったです。”

“Var veldig bra plass og bo, men når eg bestilte så var det 5 4mannsrom og tok utgangspunkt i det. Me endte opp me 20 plasser fordelt ut på 8rom som ikkje har någe å sei på den måten, men mangle på infomersjon”
