“The host was very welcoming and was very responsive to any needs we had. The apartment was well set up”

“The property is in a less than ideal neighborhood and felt like it hadn’t been rented or properly maintained for some time. There were cobwebs in noticeable walking areas that my wife walked into as soon as we arrived. The comforters had hair on them, which was off-putting, and the “welcome” goodie bag contained expired items. Overall a pretty disappointing stay.”

“The house was big and spacious and easily accommodated all of us. Parking was easy. It was close to campus and other shopping. Noisy train at night and dogs at pet day care started barking early in the morning made it challenging to sleep. Everything else was good.”

“Great property and excellent property manager. Michelle was awesome, very responsive. She provided all the details for getting in and out in very detailed format and the property is very well maintained.”

“I didn't expect the apartment was located by a railroad track and a dog compound. the folding chair when I sat down was already broken and I fell on the floor, I didn't expect that renovation was going on at other apartments in the complex. I would say the apartment served my needs, but I would not book it next time”
