“Although I hv stayed just for a night, it was so nice staying here. The room is awesome and clean. The breakfast is great. It just takes 15mins to Assisi from the house. Love everything here. And Giulia was so nice so yeah I will stay there again if I come to Assisi ”

“A very private B&B experience. This is a whole suite with a very large bathroom and huge shower! The cute courtyard outside your door is an added bonus. The suite was clean spacious. The decor could be updated, but it added to the experience. ”

“The pictures painted a little bit different picture than we experienced. The room was clean, but run down furniture and the light switch next to the bed was being held by tape, the couch was in rough shape. The worst part though was the bathroom. The shower had mold all over it including the pull string was nearly black from moisture. It was very off puttingnd felt like I could not take a shower there. The check in was also frustrating because no one was there (as was explained ahead of time so……

“Ottima soluzione per Assisi, decentrato quanto basta per dormire in assoluto relax ma molto vicino ai parcheggi centrali ed avendolo a disposizione in hotel tutto diventa molto semplice. Raccomandato.”

“La struttura è carina ed ancora in lavorazione , la camera piccola ma buona purtroppo però a tetto e con un caldo soffocante , l'aria condizionata rumorosa e poco efficiente . I servizi non esistono : recepsion chiude alle 20 e riapre la mattina , colazione obbligata alla 7:30 , ristorante chiuso , piscina a pagamento , frigobar spento e vuoto .”

“This is a gem in Assisi. I stayed here for one night before checking into another place in the historical town centre. The resort is super clean and quiet which allows you to relax as the town centre can sometimes be crowded with tour groups. There is a sauna in the room, also the view from the hotel is magnificent where you can see the panoramic view of the whole historical centre of Assisi. You won’t see it if you stay inside the town centre. It just takes 15-20min walk to the historical……

“Na realidade não é um hotel. É uma hospedaria, ou seja, são varios quartos/suítes confortáveis, mas sem recepção, sem café da manhã, sem nenhuma informação . Para quem quer um hotel, esse não é o cocal certo. .”

“Our stay was extraordinary. It was our third time in Assisi and we decided to explore this remodeled Palazzo. Centrally located in town and just a few minutes walking from the center plaza. You can walk to all the important sites, stores and restaurants from this property. The staff at the Palazzo treated us so nicely and were so attentive to our every need for our family of 8 (including a baby ) during our 5 day stay. We are so grateful to Herminia, Rita and all of the others that took care of……

“Lo primero lo positivo: llegué un poco antes de lo previsto y me hicieron un check.in adelantado, y cuando te mueves por trabajo eso se aprecia. Pero hay que tener en cuenta que NO es un hotel, es un B&B, y como tal no tienen una mesa donde poder trabajar si la necesitas. Por ultimo, el desayuno (continental…) resulta muy muy muy escaso por lo que cobran. Eso sí… las tax turistas se pagan obligatoriamente en metálico.”
