“This little gem is in a perfect place for exploring Assisi! If you’re looking for high end luxury, this isn’t your place. But if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly spot— you’ll be happy! We had a balcony attached to our room and sat out there looking down on the town and valley below. Ringing church bells was a highlight!”

“Although I hv stayed just for a night, it was so nice staying here. The room is awesome and clean. The breakfast is great. It just takes 15mins to Assisi from the house.
Love everything here. And Giulia was so nice so yeah I will stay there again if I come to Assisi ”

“Convenient location, clean and friendly staff. We didn't partake of the breakfast. The rooms were nicely decorated and quiet, plus had a small fridge. The only negative aspects were the beds were quite firm and the towels were seriously rough. The bathroom was lacking hooks to hang items but we managed. I would recommend it.”

The room was clean, but run down furniture and the light switch next to the bed was being held by tape, the couch was in rough shape. The worst part though was the bathroom. The shower had mold all over it including the pull string was nearly black from moisture. It was very off puttingnd felt like I could not take a shower there. The check in was also frustrating because no one was there (as was explained ahead of time so……
