「I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion. The hosts went above and beyond for us. We arrived in Rome early, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were able to leave our luggage with them, and they provided a map with detailed information that we needed for our day of sightseeing and also refreshments, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. 「The room was beautiful, in a great location for us, close to some amazing restaurants and good shopping. We felt safe and secure. Mary our host, was nothing short of accomodating with everything, from communication on our arrival as well as the room, to restaurant recommendations, and helping us with organising a taxi when we were running late and needed to get to the Train Terminal. 「Etagenhotel in der Nähe der XX Sept. Wer gut zu Fuss ist, kann viel von hier aus laufen. Viele Cafés und Restaurants außenrum. Zimmer war toll. Sauber und alles, was man braucht. 「This place was wonderful since owner was very available and gave GREAT instructions on checking in including a video! Cool old fashioned but very quiet elevator if needed. We tried it once for fun but only one flight of stairs. In common area there’s a great espresso machine and tea and sugar available. Also clean extra dishes and utensils were available. Nice towels, and great restaurant just across the street! Close for walking to things we wanted to see and do.」
