「Very good hotel in excellent central location. Nice staff and super clean. Room was good but not as big as expected in photos. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was solid but not spectacular. Would have been nice to have more amenities around the property (e.g. rooftop area) but overall a very good stay. Recommended.」

The hotel is easy to find and located 5 mins from the central Station. they are very helpful and responsive to my queries. The room is very spacious and clean a shown in the picture. 「The property itself, for myself, an American, was a little difficult to get to. But once we arrived, the staff was so courteous and attentive. The room was very pretty and so clean. Everywhere was walkable and the staff in the stores were extremely kind to us. I hope to be back again. Thank you for having us.」

「Very close walking distance to the train station. If you have a car, good luck finding parking in this city. A parking garage will be your best option, or better yet, avoid renting a car if you’re visiting Bari. We ran out of hot water twice during our stay. Be sure to pay close attention to their messages, as they include important instructions and access codes needed to enter the property.」

「I put 3 stars for overall because it is basic. The instructions were good only if you know how to follow them. It was not straight forward. The lobby on the ground floor is dark and no lights. However, the room is clean. Although there were no staff available but communication was good on whatsapp. The ticketed breakfast were good including the 10% discount on the restaurant. The restaurant offered good food and staff were nice.」
