「I have been in hotels all over the world and the staff at this hotel was incredible. They went over and above any need one might have. Great breakfasts. Great atmosphere and food. Good entertainment also. Staff at the desk was ready to fill any need. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool on the roof. But this hotel is beautiful and well located. Highly recommend. 」

「I have been contacted by the hotel via WhatsApp right after my online booking. The hotel gave me very clear and easy follow instruction for self-check in as I arrived after 8pm. The hotel is easy to find and located 5 mins from the central Station. they are very helpful and responsive to my queries. The room is very spacious and clean a shown in the picture. 「Amazing experience. The property owners were very kind, friendly despite language barriers. Ordered us a taxi, walked us to the pick up site and waited with us. 「The location was perfect! Walking distance to the old town, it’s located 2 mins from the train station and ~25 mins from the airport. The team reached out With check in instructions that were easy to follow. Lots of great places to eat and see less than a 10 min walk. The bed was comfy, the shower perfect and a fantastic view of the park from the balcony. I look forward to my next trip to Bari to stay again」
