"Best property, best staff, best location! I was in Lucca for 1 week and I learned the area and the hotel. Cannot rate high enough. I was stranded by taxi at 9pm in Lucca city. (Long story) Called hotel, they figured out where I was, sent a taxi for me, made late dinner reservations. Thank you Sarah. Nice bathroom, lift, air conditioning that works, big bedroom. Called taxis when I needed them, great breakfast, felt catered to. Go to their restaurant just for the lavender panna cotta. Enjoy!"

"An amazing 4-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment. The upper level provides breathtaking views of the mountains and key sites within the walls. Cristiano, our host, lives next door and was ever so helpful. The location is perfect as it is within the walls and just minutes by foot to all the key touristy points as well as lesser known places. It was so quiet that when opening the. Pots to the patio and balcony the sounds of songbirds was the first sound heard!"

"Great base , quiet, just outside city walls, very close to tunnel to walk into the centre. Kettle in room to make a cup of tea, not usually found in Tuscany! Only down side no hot food at breakfast."

"A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines. Our room (65) was well equipped and a decent size, as was the bathroom but the small shower cubicle was a disappointment given the overall size of the bathroom."

"From the moment we booked Vincino was amazing. He was very responsive and helpful. I had a family problem and had to change my dates and was very happy with the response I received.Paola who, checked us in was also very responsive and helpful.The only surprise was the 3 flight of stairs to the studio. We are in excellent condition and was ok.My husband and I were imagining how sweet it would be in the winter ,hearing the rain on the roof and being all warm and cozy in the studio.Perfect for a romantic getaway!Thank you!"
