“Giorgio's apartment was amazing! Very clean and comfortable and close to everything in town - and amazing view from the kitchen window! Giorgio was an excellent host and gave clear instructions on where to park and also his recommended restaurants in town. One of our best evenings and meals was at the Osteria Acquacheta. A restaurant Giorgi recommended. We look forward to our next stay in Montepulciano and will definitely stay in Giorgio's home again as well!”

Deruta é a 5 km e tutte le altre città importanti ad un' ora circa (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto Orvieto......)La consiglio di sicuro e se arrivate tardi, più su ad 1 km la locanda del colle per andare a……

“Wir können allen bisher geschriebenen Bewertungen nur zustimmen. Wir (2 Ehepaare/2 Wochen/ Ü 50)) kamen selten so entspannt aus dem Urlaub zurück. Wer fernab vom Trubel zur Ruhe kommen möchte ist hier goldrichtig. Das Anwesen ist einfach traumhaft schön, sowohl die Gebäude wie auch der Park mit dem tollen langen Pool. Einrichtungstechnisch fehlte es an nichts und im Nachbardorf bekommt man alles was man so braucht. Herr Kuckuck, der deutsche Vermieter, ist sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit und gibt……

“Even though this house was out of the way it was comfortable, spacious and provided us with a serene space after each day of sight seeing and travel in both Umbria and Tuscany. It was just what we were looking for to accomodate our family group and we enjoyed many good times. The siting of the apartment was a plus as we were able to witness beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our eyrie.”

The facilities were as advertised and we delighted in using the pool and tennis courts. The property is perfectly situated for day trips to explore the region. “What and amazing view with beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Thankyou Chiara for a wonderful stay at your La Casina Cantina - Such close proximity to Piazza Grande , great coffee, food, wine and so much to explore in this beautiful city and surrounds. We enjoyed hearing the birds songs and watching them soar plus also seeing the different coloured blossoms come and go on the trees through the front window. Such comfortable 'home away from home' with everything you need. It was a dream come true……

“Sehr schöne abgeschlossene Wohneinheit mit 2 großen Schlafzimmern und schönen zugehörigen Badezimmern. Etwas nervig war allerdings, dass man das Auto selbst zum Be- und Entladen relativ weit vom Haus parken musste, da das Haus in einem für Touristen nicht befahrbaren Areal liegt. Trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung.”
