“This is a very nice apartment in the center of Assis, which makes access to all the churches and restaurants very accessible. The house itself is spacious and clean. The only negative are the beds, which are uncomfortable.”

“My husband and I are visiting Italy to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. One of the places we always wanted to visit was Assisi. Being in our flat was like going back in time. The stonework was beautiful and gave it such a uniqueness. Also a bonus was the closeness of the different sites we wanted to see. 11 minutes to the tomb of St. Francis, 4 mins to St Clare, 1 mins to Blessed Carlos Acutis and daily mass! Minutes to many restaurants. The best was the manager, Sara!!! She……

“Struttura nuova, pulizia massima e il proprietario rispondeva velocemente alle mie richieste. Appena a 5 km dal centro di Assisi, facilissima da raggiungere. Ottimo l’osteria accanto suggerita dal proprietario. Ci tornerò ”

“We had a wonderful experience! Stephan was there to geet us when we arrived, showing us how everything worked. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook, which we used to eat dinner in a couple of nights, after eating out so much in our travels. Stephan also recommended a pizza place, which was fantastic! The views from the rooftop deck are spectacular, with a wonderful view of Assisi in the distance. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would highly recommend this as a vacation getaway!”

“Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in der Casa Francesca. Das Appartement Rosmarin war sehr angenehm. Die Küche bestens ausgestattet, die Betten gut. Eine herrliche Ruhe, der parkähnliche Garten, die Olivenbäume und die gepflegten Pflanzen. Bei der großen Hitze tat der Pool gut, auch hier alles bestens gepflegt. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg aus diesem Paradies. Unsere Gastgeber Helmi und Peter waren sehr herzlich. ”

“Appartamento ampio e nuovo, pieno di attenzioni al dettaglio ed al particolare, ma soprattutto pulitissimo ed avvolto di essenza aromatica. Camere spaziose e silenziose, apprezzatissime le ampie terrazze che girano tutte intorno casa, nonche la bellissima visuale sulla vallata e sul parco. Contesto riservato e tranquillo a pochi passi dal centro. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nei pressi della struttura nonché di rimessa bici nell'androne. Super consigliato.”
