We stayed here in November. Our host was very friendly. The villa had a great views into the valley. Surrounded by farmlands. Comfortable big bed and lots of space in the bedroom. The kitchen worked well.as did the wifi.

The best place in Tuscany!

The beautiful place in Tuscany! Apartment is very comfortable. All we need was there. The host is very hospitality and helpful. The view from the garden is amazing. To Pienza is just 10 min by car. Very close to all "must see" point in Tuscany. Nature and quiet are the words which can describe this place. Highly recommend!

This place is one of our favorite travel spots so far. It offers a real Tuscan experience, with an amazing Tuscan landscape and scenery. Above all that, Vilmo is super nice and he was on top of the communication game. He walked us through the facility, things and spots to visits in the area, and has loaded the fridge and kitchen with all food basics and all what you would need for a great breakfast from the property's beautiful patio. We loved the place, and we wished if we spent more time there. We will definitely come back!

Barbi property provides an apartment full of great amenities. He even prepared raw eggs we can cook. The unit is cozy, sunny yet private. Vilmo started heating for us in case we feel a bit chilly. The property is to the southeast of Pienza with a panoramic view towards the city and the vast open and hilly Val d’Orcia area. He explained in detail where to find the best view and photo points around, and he recommended hearty restaurants and wine tasting villas. Overall, we enjoyed staying at the Barbi’s and would want to come back again.

We loved everyinute here. A mixture of quiet days and bustling farm activity going on around us. Vilmo the owner was fantastic enthusiastic, friendly and informative. His recommendations for wine tasting and restaurants made for unforgettable experiences. We ate plums from the trees, watched them harvest spelt, watched unrivalled sunsets, and relaxed totally. Vilmo stocked the refrigerator so we wanted for nothing. This place.ia ideal to get away and cook or picnic for yourself, or venture out to surrounding towns for true gastronomic delights. Thank you Vilmo. Your place is magical!

Ambians çok güzeldi ama evin eski olması doğa ile içiçe olması ve cam ve kapılarda tel olmamasından kaynaklı çeşitli ebatlarda böcekler ve son gün ufak kertenkele beni uğurladı. Yatak maalesef eski ve rahatsızdı. Ev sahibi aşırı ilgiliydi ve rahat ettirmek için elinden geleni yaptı.

Lugar incrível!

A propriedade é incrível! Nos surpreendeu em todos os aspectos. Tudo muito bonito e organizado. E ainda o proprietário, gentilmente, deixou todos os mantimentos necessários para nós prepararmos nosso café da manhã. A vista do vale, com Pienza ao fundo é simplesmente uma pintura de quadro. Lugar silencioso e super agradável. Fomos a pé até Monticchielo. Uma caminhada matinal super gostosa. Voltaremos com certeza!

Et hyggelig sted med fantastisk utsikt. Savner basseng når man er i varme Toscana midt på sommeren. Skulle hatt en større vifte. Veldig god service, kjøleskapet fylt med godsaker når man ankommer.

Excelente opção de acomodação: tranquilo, tem uma vista incrivel, local estratégico para se deslocar e conhecer as cidades do Val d'orcia. A acomodacao é grande e conta com salas de estar/jantar e cozinha integradas, quarto e banheiro. Dono deixou comidas e bebidas à disposição (valor ja inserido na diária). Tem utilidades como máquina de lavar roupa, secador de cabelo, ferro de passar, ventilador e utensílios de cozinha. A limpeza pode melhorar (ex: tivemos que afastar a máquina de lavar roupa para pegar algo que caiu e estava sujo...encontramos ate um cosmético "esquecido" por la.

Immersi nella campagna

Ottima posizione per girare la Val d'Orcia. Ci sono due strutture differenti e quindi se volete stare in quello della foto non dovete prendere l'appartamento presso casa Barbi. Gli appartamenti sono molto ampi. Per la colazione, non ci sono buffet e non è preparata dai gestori. Vengono lasciati dei prodotti in cucina: caffè, anche in cialde, the, cornetti, biscotti, pan carrè, nutella, fette biscottate, uova e formaggio. E' tutto confezionato, buono, ma non di marca (a eccezione per la nutella).

Fantastisk ophold i de smukkeste omgivelser

Super, super, fantastisk. Venlig og personlig modtagelse. Vi boede 6 dage i Montello 1 med privat uhørt udsigtsskøn terrasse mod byen Pienza. Værelset var super rent. Morgenmads-ting-og-sager var inkl. i prisen. Beliggenheden er helt i top i forhold til rigtigt mange udflugtsmål sydøst for Siena. Værten Vilmo Barbi skal have stor anerkendelse for sin indsats og for sit gode humør og muntre drillerier omkring alt fra regnvejr til toiletpapir :-)

Beautiful countryside

I would highly recommend this agriturismo- Vilmo the owner was very accommodating and helpful. We absolutely loved our 5 days here - wish we could have stayed longer. The views were spectacular and breathtaking- loved our terrace. I would stay here again for sure, very peaceful and calming.

Endroit de rêve pour qui aime la campagne

Superbe établissement rural situé devant un paysage de rêve, même sous la pluie (rare). Simple mais fort propre, très spacieux incluant une merveilleuse terrasse. On y trouve vraiment tout l'essentiel, et bien davantage. Le propriétaire est fort accueillant et bien généreux (petits déjeuners). Endroit où nous rêvons de retourner, pour une durée d'au moins un mois, pour pouvoir admirer les douces collines et les cyprès devant Pienza et Montalcino, et aussi pour goûter les produits régionaux, dont ceux cultivés par le propriétaire lui-même.
