"The staff was super kind and friendly with myself and my kids. From the street it’s hard to see but the hotel is hidden by all the foliage that makes it so inviting and serene once you cross the gate. You can tell the staff put effort in and care about the hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. I love having a kitchenette when I travel with little. Walking distance to the ocean as well. Booked on a whim and happy that I did."

"Thank you for a really good stay. The room is nice and spacious even though a little dated. We enjoyed the Soda Shop for breakfast and the main restaurant. Fran and Nanjulie and Joan were wonderful to work with. Fritz was great we missed the parasailing but hopefully next time. Beach was beautiful as were the pools. Great service at the bar all and all a great vacation thank you "

"Great room and amenity spaces. Friendly staff at check In. Was told at night we should be able to do a late check out as our room type was not booked for the following night but to ask in the morning. Was denied late check out in the morning because they were booked the night before and I asked on my room was booked for that night and was told I it’s available still to book. Didn’t make sense to me and the women was a little condescending by reminding me when check out was We still hung out at the pool and amenity spaces for a few hours before our flight and had no issues with getting on the hotel shuttle (again afternoon staff was great!) will stay again. Beds are very comfy"

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and so close to good food and the beach! I will book again. There is also the cutest open boat bar lounge in the Marina Market, a short walk away. If you are tall, then beware that the ceilings are not tall. I'm 5'10" and could touch the ceiling in the shower area. "
