“Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando……

La habitación era cómoda, tranquila y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es excelente y el servicio superó mis expectativas. “I was disappointed by my experience at this hotel. While the property itself was fine, the way I was treated regarding my service dog was unacceptable. I informed the staff that my dog is a legitimate service animal, yet I felt that my statement was questioned and doubted. Instead of being treated with respect, I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest. As a result, I was charged a pet fee that, according to the rules regarding service animals, should not have been charged. What upset……

“Very nice property. Great building and great location. Only downside was the ice machine had black mold in it and the mini fridge that was provided was frozen over with ice.”

“There was a dead splattered roach on the wall. Looked like it had been there a little while. Pool was closed super early due to having no lights inside the pool.”

“New refrigerator very dirty at the bottom l, repaint balcony, newer balcony chairs. Took air conditioner a few hours to cool off room.”

“This place had a great location but was not clean at all. There were black hairs on everything… The towels had black hair stuck to them, the counters had black hair on them, there were black hairs on the floor, etc. The dishes looked like they had just been used and stuck back in the cabinets. There was mold on the shower curtains. The two twin beds were filthy. ”

“I like the staff; customer service was excellent. I like the Bible verses at the lobby. I like the breakfast. The room is updated. I did not like the toilet was moving, the screws from the floor or something was wrong. The toilet is not stable. The handle was cracked. We stayed in one of the rooms in front of the road and we could hear the noise of the cars, etc. we could hear the ice machine from our room.”

“There was no hot water, and the hotel was old and dirty！The bed sheet has hair left by previous guests, and it feels like it hasn't been changed”
