We enjoyed it very much

It was a very nice property. The only issue I had which to me did not lower the 5 star rating was the mattress in the master bedroom. It just want to our liking.

Absolute Perfection

This place is exactly what you see. It was clean and roomy and was exactly what you see on the listing. It’s a great location near everything! I had my 3 grand kids and didn’t want to be far out by myself! It’s in a neighborhood like area but still that great cabin feel. I had a couple questions that were answered right away! This place was amazing and would definitely recommend to stay here. My grand kids kept saying THIS IS AWESOME !! Thank you for a great stay!!

Great location!

Property was perfectly in the middle of the "woods" yet so close to entertainment, all the restaurants and shopping. Within minutes of the LeConte Center and Ole Mill shopping. We will stay here again soon!

Fantastic Cabin. Highly Recommended!!

From soup to nuts, everything about this stay was terrific. Great communication from the property manager, outstanding furnishings throughout and especially in the kitchen, and convenient and amenity-rich development. Our whole group loved the cabin and we hope to visit again.

Great retreat cabin

Two day stay in very comfortable cabin. Location was great- close to Old Mill, but yet a feel of being further out up on mountain. Couple of minor problems: upstairs shower had no hot water, stains on a couple of mattress covers and one of tv’s had picture problems. All very fixable and certainly didn’t interfere with our stay. Would come back again.

Nice place close to town

Brought my family for few days. Place is super close to town and easy to access. Parking is decent. Had room for 4 cars. I wouldn't recommend a trailer though or anything bigger than a half ton crew cab truck. Cabin was clean had confy beds and plenty of room we had 8 with us. No complaints whatsoever.

Cozy stay!

We loved the cabin, a cute place to stay, very clean and peacful for being close to others! We didnt realize there wasn't any seasoning, salt or pepper or we would have grabbed some but thats no biggie! We still had a great time and so close to all the fun things to do! 10/10 would stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Happy Trails Cabin. Close to the action on Parkway, but also quiet and peaceful! It was exactly what we were looking for!

Family fun

We had a wonderful family vacation. The kids loved all the space and the video game was a huge hit in the evenings and on rainy days. We had to pool to ourselves most days which was another bonus!

Very nice place!

We enjoyed our weekend get away here. I would definitely stay here again. Great location close to town but still has that out in the woods feel to it! Clean Cabin and we didn’t notice anything that was neglected.

Nice Retreat

The cabin was comfortable and cozy. Plenty of seating in the living area. It was very close to eating and shopping. It also has a washer and dryer inside the cabin, which is always nice amenity.

Cabin Get Away

The cabin was perfect for our family of 7 of ages 3-60. There was plenty room for everyone to have their own space but also room for us to hang out together. It was decorated with bears and was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need.

Family getaway

It was a nice, relaxing venue. Amid covid it was nice to get away safely. The hot tub and pool were really nice as was the bear theme throughout the cabin. We had a few small things came up but were handled quickly by management. Overall wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Mountains & where the Moon Shines

Wow…what a vacation‼️ We loved our cabin, Happy Trails❣️ The atmosphere of the Great Smoky Mountains, the decor, the log cabin look, all the essentials and clean. Location was perfect for all the adventures we planned. Friendly and helpful customer service whenever we call the office. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality for our stay at Bear Camp Cabin’s.

Perfect cabin!

Happy Trails was perfect for six women, all cousins, who came from all over the U.S. Great location, easy to find, close to everything. The only issue we had was a beeping smoke alarm when we got there - the battery must have died. It was fixed by the time we got back from getting groceries. Easy parking for two cars...could probably get 3 in the spot. Bonus for our card playing family - the dining room table was perfect for game playing! We'd definitely stay there again!

Loved it

Loved location! the 2 upstairs baths were a little cramped, but nothing we couldn't work around. Someone did leave a "surprise" rubber spider in one of the bathrooms upstairs that gave me a fright, but once we realized it was rubber, we put it back and laughed about it. Operator was super nice and friendly.
