Nice place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great. Overall our stay was good except for two minor issues. I had an allergic reaction to the bed linens must have been washed in Tide or alternate bleach. The second was ants around the front door and on the balcony. These are minor fixes that can be addressed. Tl

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are return guests as we had a great experience the first time we came. Our room is so clean, and we are very picky about that. Our kids love the pool and the big slide, they don’t want to leave. The location is perfect for us as well being between Dollywood and The Island. Customer service has been always been terrific as well! I have and will continue to recommend this place to family and friends!

Great New Year’s trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental location was good, near all restaurants, shopping, and activities. The property was clean. There was a long crack in the bathroom tile and the cabinet was peeling at the floor, but everything was fine for our stay. It was nice to have access to do laundry in our rental. We could even see a few fireworks from our room location.
