The condo was immaculate. Beds slept good. Wonderful large balcony with plenty of seating. Beautifully decorated and very easy to get in and out parkway. Will definitely stay again.

New Years vacation

This was the perfect place for our family. Close to everything. Clean and spacious. The balcony was an excellent spot to watch the fireworks from Dollywood and The Island. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family spot

Property was clean and convenient for all our activities. Plenty of space and well equipped . Little noisy next to highway but didn’t affect our sleeping. Awesome outdoor furniture! Second time we have stayed at Bear’s Crossing.

Convenient to everything needed, especially the LeConte Center.

We visited for the National Quartet Convention. Could not have asked for a more convenient location! And everything was as advertised. Would love to stay at Bear Crossing again.

Perfect for 4 Generations

I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and must say this was the CLEANEST ever. The rooms were more spacious that expected. We enjoyed the mornings on the back porch and even got to see Dolly’s fireworks from there at night. Close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Perfect for our four generations of travelers. Highly recommend for families.

It was exactly as promised---clean and extremely comfortable. Only concern we ran into was garbage truck pick ups at Walgreens early in the mornings. Outside of that, the apartment was wonderful and we would absolutely stay there again!!!

Great Condo for a Family Vacation

The property is in a great location, especially for looking at Christmas lights along the walkway. We were able to walk the short distance to The Island. The condo was clean when we arrived, and any questions that I had were quickly answered by Kirkland Smoky Mountain Cabins. I highly recommend this property, and I look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Quick get away

Quick escape with the family and friends. Desired accommodations close to everything and this hit the mark! Spacious enough to serve 3 couples - large bedrooms, bathrooms and large living area and the view of the creek, Christmas lights provided us with privacy serenity without the drive off the beaten path! Host was responsive and we will be back’

Winter vacation

I can't say enough about how wonderful our trip was. The condo was magnificent. Absolutely spotless, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and ideally located in the condo. The condo had two large jacuzzis in two of the bedrooms. The balcony overlooked the river and was large with very comfortable outdoor furniture. Location is perfect Looking forward to staying here again.

We loved staying at the condo! It was a very easy and manageable walk to the LeConte Center for an event. Food Lion is literally right down the road with a Starbucks inside. The condo was clean and well appointed. We loved spending time on the covered patio in the evenings. My family doesn’t usually sleep well away from home, but because of the incredibly comfortable beds we all sleep really good. We had a small minor issue with the internet. A quick email to Chris, an immediate reply and a quick turn around and we had internet. Enjoyed staying very much and look forward to next time.
