The pictures on website were not the same as the hotel. It made me sick from the smell. Stains on carpet. Chest was broken. 1 coat hanger and no ironing board. Said they had wifi but did not. We left after we sae the room.

this was a very disgusting hotel. Our light fixture fell from the ceiling. The couch look like somebody had died on it. The floors were nasty. Nothing was good about that place.

Our door didn’t fully lock, there was human feces on the blankets of one of the beds, burn marks on a mirror. The carpet was torn up off the floor in many spots. The fire alarm went off and when we evacuated we were told it happens all the time and it was a false alarm. The floors of the whole building swayed everytime the elevator moved. The phone was a decoy it wasn’t plugged into anything nor was there a spot or cord to plug it in. The shower had not been cleaned. The staff would not communicate with us when we told them of these issues. We had to find another hotel because it was unsafe, unsanitary and overall just a terrible experience.

The property was being renovated. So it wasn't in the greatest condition. I assume that's why it was so cheap. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. The beds were very worn and the furniture, TV, etc needed to be replaced. The lazy river in the basement would've been nice except for the fact that there were a couple of women doing some kind of webcam/OF thing in the middle of the river and wouldn't move out of the way for the half dozen children trying to play and swim.

The elevator did not work hoing to the piol there wewe not any floats for the lazy river also there were broken concrete all in the pools the hot tub didnt work. Broken drywall everywhere

This property has always been my go to, every time I go to Tennessee I always stay here and it’s been a couple of years since we have had a Chance to go and the hotel has new owners and from the moment you walk in you can tell the place is slapped together. There is mold everywhere you can literally see it if that says anything. My 2 year old son got extremely sick and was coughing and was having trouble breathing within the first hour there so we ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel and went back for our belongings the next morning! I tried to make them aware of the issues but the gentleman at the desk said the hotel was newly remodeled which is 10000000% has not been maybe the strange led lights installed down the hallway walls that have been painted over may be the only addition i wouldn’t even call a upgrade and a new chandelier in the entry way. We ended our trip early to come home to take our child to his pediatrician to get breathing treatments before it got any worse!!! Do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are ok with breathing in black mold!!!

Cops was there every night staff i believe fighting over something. Because the cops showed up and went behind to the office and told the 2 guys working to hug it out. Food was ok nothing to fight over. Hear everything and anything. Had to ask 2 times uto get light fixed in the room. One Tv was damage couldnt see the whole picture. When i asked for something in writting that i would not be charge for damge TV they hand wrote on my print out of bill. Had to ask them to come clean the food and trash out from under the couch cushions. No baby wash or shampoo in the room. The lotion was not a new it was a use bottle.

The rooms were really clean and the whole place smells good. Elevator went down while we were there and had to walk the stairs to the 6th floor. Wasn’t a bad walk and they had the elevators up and going again. You have restaurants and The island walking distance from the hotel. Staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay again!

The beds was hard,in the bathroom the walls was dirty. The coffee pot was busted the water was coming out of the side when went and told someone they said someone will come and look at it but no one ever showed up, luckily they served breakfast so we was able to get coffee in the breakfast area.

This property has wonderful potential and a great location! The staff is WONDERFUL! You can really tell that they are working on remodeling which I can’t wait to see once they are done! There are quite a few things that I could point out that would be negative however seeing that they are proactively working to make this a great place all I have to offer is positive vibes! The lazy river is a nice touch as well. Both the pool and the lazy river were clean which is so nice compared to other places we’ve been. The only thing negative I feel like I have to say is in our room (427) the hot water didn’t work in the shower which was very unpleasant. Hopefully that will be fixed before we come back again!

While a bit plain it was clean despite the renovation going on. Service was fantastic breakfast was very good. Has 2 pools indoor and outdoor hot tub. We had our own balcony which was very nice. Comfortable and definitely would stay here again
