Room was dirty. Bedding had not been washed. Breakfast was okay, but they kept running out. Still for $100 for a suite, it was okay, but only one bathroom which from pictures it looked like 2 so that was a little inconvenient when seven of us had to use same bathroom, but it worked

The lazy river was decent, not as nicw as pictured. The pool was supposed to be heated and open but was ice cold. They are renovating so rooms will improve. Lots of choices at breakfast bar. Decent budget stay for a larger group.or family.

Not at all like the pictures on the site. Run down, room had a cup on the floor, drapes had bright pink stain, no cover on fan in bathroom, no light fixture cover in room, hair dryer didnt work, furniture had gouges. Doing some renovations on our floor and laying carpet. Carpet was too wide so the edge rolled up on the sides. Had to step over it to enter the room.

Staff did what they could. Sheets and towels clean and offered more if needed. Furniture falling apart and shower water was luke warm at best. Somehow, sink water felt hotter. Balcony door would not lock, Balcony was accessible from other balconies. Left chair in front of door. Only one of two elevators working. And most of the hallways looked to be in the middle of remodeling. Ive never seen a shower head that lights up when you turn the water on. On the up side, we did see a bear from the Balcony the first night.

Nasty, the hot tub nasty, pool was green couldnt get towels 1 small trash can in room, light went out in the bathroom, light over table didnt work, when you opened the balcony door the whole door frame was loose a d the bath tub water wouldnt shut off. We fixed somethingnin the microwave couldnt eat it smelled so bad definitely will jot go back

There was no breakfast as advertised. The first room they gave us smelt like sweat and armpit. The beds were turned down but they were dirty underneath. The second room was better but the whole night it sounded like construction was going on in the room below us.

Swimming pool not up to standards the room has to be remodeled and updated. The room bookedhad black mold on the bathroom ceilings. It was non smoking room still smelling cigarettes. Do not recommend to book. Kids couldn't swim or shower. Hopefully they remodel per standards and update hotel. The location is great. Wish i seen this before bookings as i would not have booked if i knew the bad condition of the place.

We were not made aware ahead of time they were under remodel. Our floor you could hear drilling early in the morning. The toilet in the room made a high pitch water pressure sound every half hour. There was a hole in the shower wall they stuff some type of silicon plug in. The TV remote had dead batteries when we changed them some of the buttons such as the volume did not work. There was no free breakfast any of the mornings we were there. The jacuzzi water level was so low you had to sit on the floor to submerge your body.pieces of the jacuzzi concrete walls and seating area was missing and had lifted tiles. Parts of the hotel walls looked beat up and moldy. Our room door had over spray from paint on the walls the bathroom door had pieces of the panelling missing. The fridge had to keep being adjusted to be cold. They had no "do not disturb" signs for the doors. Even though a neighbor had one. So we had to make our own. The ice machine did not work any day. The breakfast area one morning was unlocked and the juice machine was empty or just full of chemical water.the only thing in there was a cereal dispenser but no milk. There was a sign for a fitness room that was not there. The photos online when booking seemed a lot nicer than in person.
