An elevated riverfront home with covered parking, perfectly situated on the Little River. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers the ultimate Smoky Mountain getaway with easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Tanger Outlets, and more!



Wake up to peaceful mornings on the back deck overlooking the river, and enjoy the convenience of a large, level driveway with extra parking—perfect for show vehicles and toys. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, whether it’s spring, summer, fall, or winter.

Beautiful home in a great location close to the parkway. We found the house to be clean and the beds to be comfortable. A nice addition is the screened porch overlooking the river. I will say, the water pressure in the showers is incredibly strong. Would invest in a shower cap if you don’t want your hair wet lol. Would definitely rent this home again. Thanks Scott for sharing your home and responding in a timely manner.
