Wonderful stay!

The property was exactly as described. The furnishings were very nice and updated. The kitchen was especially nice with all new appliances. The views were wonderful and it was so quiet. TVs were in every room with plenty of channels and streaming options. The entire condo was very clean as well.

This condo was very comfortable for a family of 6. It was clean, the bedding was professionally laundered, which I really liked. The location was on the strip, close to most of the action without being in the middle of it. The outside of the building could have been cleaned up better but was not terrible. The mattresses of the king beds are about due for replacement as they have no firmness to them, however they were comfortable enough. The condo had everything we needed for a two-day stay. We all enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend this for a decent place to stay.

Overall the stay was good. We encountered a few hiccups. The heat/ac did not work when we got there and we had to go out and buy batteries right away, because it was a cold night. There were only 4 or 5 coat hangers so we had to buy those as well. Towel rail came off wall (it was already loose) in 2nd bath. Could not lock double doors in Master Bed. and they blew open one night. The unit is basically nice with lovely views. Location is great. Nice walking trail and heated pool. The owner and cleaners just need to pay more attention to the details.

First time in pigeon forge over thanksgiving- had a great time! Kitchen could be stocked alittle better with utensils and dish towels and better stuff - we went out bought some.

Moms wishes

This condo was exactly what we needed. Mom wanted to spend the weekend in the mountains so we made it happen. Condo is in perfect location for all the places she wanted to go to from entertainment to places to eat. Everything was perfect, from the rooms to the amazing view from the balcony. We will be back soon. Thanks for helping making this weekend the best.

The Condo was very spacious and every room had a TV in it which was a nice touch. The view from the 7th floor was very nice. Really the only down side to the condo was that it smelled like cigarettes it wasn't over bearing but if when sitting on the couch I got a headache from it. Other than that it was enjoyable.

You cancelled my reservations

I received an email on 9/16/22 that my reservations were canceled. We tried to reach out to the host 9/17/22 as I was at the airport picking up family from Florida and she didn't reply until we had to book elsewhere. I shouldn't be charged for any thing from this condo. As I was told the reservations were canceled for non payment. Please respond with confirmation I will not be charged.

Great location - lots of activities for kids & adults. pool was good but hot tub did not work - also, the condo was good, tub was clean however the shower really needs cleaning - lots of mildew especially on lower grout & floors. I made my grandchildren use the tub only due to that. I know there are cleaners that will clean grout & showers. Other than the showers, a good place to stay.

Our Stay

Upon arrival we had difficulty getting the door unlocked, we called about it, were told they would call maintenance but then we figured out the trick so we were able to get in. The door was a pain and maintenance never showed up, In my opinion the bed sheets and bath towels were rough/scratchy. My husband was the only one who didn’t think this . Unfortunately there was hair coming out of the jets in the master bath, which questioned some cleanliness issues. The elevator had spilled soda that wasn't cleaned up. Under the reclincers it was dusty and some debries, but floors, sinks and everything else looked fine. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms nor any extra toilet paper, but what we had got us through our stay. There were no oven mitts in kitchen. The view and location were great. The pool was close to us. You honestly could of walked to many things. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but it was fine. Everyone slept well, though curtains and not just blinds in the bedrooms would be nice. Overall a decent stay.

Overall Property Nice

We had issues with the AC freezing up due to big leak of freon, so it was very uncomfortable for a few days days. Being on the 7th floor and the AC stayed at 78 even with fans on and the box fan and we had to buy a fan to put beside of the bed.. We can't say enough about Earlie and the AC man as they were there to help and with the freon in the temp only went up to 74 before we left. We had issues with a clogged toilet, which was corrected, and when leaving the water on top of our soda cans. that was in the back of the fridge. I texted Early when we were leaving that Saturday morning. When came home, I emailed Tracy and have not heard anything as I wanted a little compensation for the inconvenience of being uncomfortable.Thank you Evelyn Cunningham (venicetarheel@msn.com) Overall it was nice..the pools the way the lawn was cared for. Earlie was great as well as the AC man. I didn't remember his name.

Nice condo near many attractions

This is a nice and clean condo. It is near many attractions but it is slow going to get anywhere as the entrance is off the main strip and there is no red light. There is often heavy traffic.

Nice 3 bedroom condo

My mom, sister and I enjoyed our stay at your condo. It had a spectacular view and everything we needed there at the condo. My sister and I enjoyed the walking trail. One major negative point was the trash pick up at 4:30 in the morning! But of course, no fault of the owners.

The property was neat and nice, however the shower contained mold and the toilets needed brushing. You should bring you own beach towels. Dumpsters are emptied daily between 4am and 6am, not a good wake up call while on vacation. Overall we enjoyed the condo.
