loved being close to town, not having to drive up/down winding roads to the cabins but having our own space for the trip was very nice. Kids loved the indoor pool and the playground.

Pigeon Forge Get a Way

Very relaxing and a lot of things to do day & night. Beautiful Pool and surrounding paths to walk off all the great food you ate. Enjoyed the State Park the most!

This property is very nice, lots of room with a good view. Good for 2 adults and 2 smaller kids. Its an apartment/condo. Will stay again next time in Pigeon Fordge. Good location to the parkway as well.

Great Location

Condo was exactly as described and was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, close to everything without being on the noisy street. Also perfect unit if you have kids enjoying the basketball court, pool and playground since it’s located right next to all of it and you can walk over. Thanks for a great stay!

30th Anniversary Trip

Enjoyed the condo & property!! Hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of the day. Mountain View condo was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. Condo was clean & appeared just as advertised. Check in & out process was super easy. Free attraction tickets were a plus & saved us money. Also communication with Traci was fast & easy. We will definitely try to stay here next trip to Pigeon Forge.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. There were a few things missing in the condo that would have been useful, dish towels and dish cloths, pot holders. We didn’t know where the ladder was for the bunk bed either. I had to reach out for the check in process, but once I got ahold of her it was easy. Overall, it was an bc enjoyable stay and our family enjoyed our time in Pigeon Forge.

Anniversary trip

This property is great, location is perfect and beautiful Mountain View and spacious. However a few things can/should be changed. Tv was left on Deadbolt wasn’t locked when we arrived so that was a a little concerning but people don’t realize you need to press check mark as you shut door to leave. Lamp by couch has a lightbulb holder that is broken. Towel rack in half bath broken/barely In wall. And the same for toilet paper holder in master bedroom. I would also upgrade the kitchen trash can to a bigger one since it fills up quick. Otherwise we had a great stay and would stay again. Thank you.

Because we were going during the holiday season, I wish there had been decorations. However, it was clean, had a large bathroom, and was convenient. I would stay there again.

The property itself was OK was not the cleanest. The bed was very uncomfortable and the free entertainment tickets we were promised were never delivered. We sent a text message every day and never got any response. The hot tub at the pool did not work.

I had trouble trying to figure out which building we were in and where the elevators were. Had to ask someone how to figure it out and how to get in the building. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities only had trouble with trying to get the TV to work in the living room. we did not use the free tickets because I couldn’t figure out how to get them. It would’ve been nice to be able to take advantage of that offer. I kind of felt like I missed out . Overall, I would definitely book this condo again.

Perfect location!

Such a nice place to stay. While we were technically in town, it felt like we were nestled in a type of seclusion from the noise of town. We attend a conference at the Leconte each spring. We definitely plan to stay here again next year!
