We would stay here again. Clean and the location is great. Just far enough off the street not to hear the traffic noise. (Neighbors were a little late coming in and you could hear them outside the bedroom window, but nothing crazy.)

Mtn View Condos are our favorite place to stay 2 times a yr. This condo was great except for the cleanliness. Mold in shower, 2 mushrooms growing in crack by shower, dishwasher didnt work, silverware in drawer sitting in water, remote batteries had to be replaced, 2 robes mussing. Pool was out for 3 days. Well-buihabereplaced, dust on furniture

Condo lacks comfort

I don't normally leave poor reviews so I want to start by saying the condo was really clean. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there however the condo lacked comfort. The furniture is extremely worn and uncomfortable. The mattress in the Master bedroom is horribly broken down. So much so you feel like you're going to roll off the bed. The other mattress wasn't necessarily as worn but still very uncomfortable and cheap. We ended up leaving a day early due to the fact we couldn't sleep well on the bed. If these updates were made there would be absolutely nothing bad I could say but unfortunately it effected our stay.

Love Mountain View condos. Have stayed in several love the area. This condo was great for a family with small kids. Check-in was easy and Traci stayed in contact with me the whole time making sure we got checked in and everything we needed!

Family Holiday at Mountain View

We spend 9 days at a great location in Pigeon Forge. Walking distance to Duncan Donuts for morning pastries and hit coffee. We loved all the Explorie activities available to us every day.

Our first time staying in this property. It was exactly as described, well maintained and very clean, functional space for our family of two adults and four children/teens. The property amenities were great and the kids really enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The location was ideal for all the fun Pigeon Forge attractions. Very easy check-in and check-out process. First Family Trip to Tennessee

We absolutely loved staying at Mountain View! We will definitely be returning! The Condo was exactly like the photos that were online. The location is awesome because you don’t have to go far to see the attractions, shops, and events. Myself and my husband took our 14 year old son as well as his friend! They had a blast! The pool is very clean and relaxing. The property it’s self is very family friendly! If you’ve ever stayed at a hotel on vacation you know at night it gets pretty loud and rowdy! But this place has quiet hours! However you really didn’t have to think about the noise because there wasn’t any at all!! And we just happened to be staying there with at least 3 different girls softball teams! Which my son and his friend didn’t mind at all!!! LOL! The grounds of the property are beautiful! Very well kept and there’s so much you can do. Play Volleyball, corn hole, and badminton. There are grills located near each unit and picnic tables. There is also a beautiful walkway with benches and swings around it! My son and his friend had so much fun! One of my favorite things was the garden tub in the master bedroom! It has jets that massage your body! I wanted to take it home!!! Overall it was an incredible stay! We enjoyed it very much! I would definitely recommend the property to others!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Nothing special

We enjoyed our stay at the Mountain View Condos, however the accommodations are nothing special. The living room furniture is worn out and uncomfortable. The couch, which is also the third bed was so bad there was no way anyone was going to sleep on it. The kitchen and bath are clean and function-able but old and dated. The king size bed in the master bedroom made way too much noise every time you moved on it. The one thing we really loved about the condo was the huge dining room table. Plenty of room for the six of us to eat together. If they replaced most of the furnishings this would be a wonderful place to stay. One other thing... we couldn't open the doors to the balcony from the master bedroom. They seemed to be jammed somehow so we didn't try to force them. Wasn't a big deal since it was December and too cold to spend any time out on the balcony anyway. There were no checkout instructions, so we did our best at making things easy for the clean up crew. Instructions came to me two days after we left in an email??? If you are visiting Pigeon Forge to see the mountains you may want to pick a condo on the upper floors. Being on the second floor was not high enough to see past the tree line at the edge of the property. Again it was December and we had heavy fog some mornings plus the foliage was bare so there wasn't much to see anyway. Overall we managed, but were not wowed by the facility. We most likely would look elsewhere on our next visit.

Won't Stay in this unit again

My Mom and I went for a girls trip. We were really excited because we have stayed in another unit before and LOVED it... this didn't go so well. First, I sent several messages but none were returned until a few days before our stay was to begin so I was really stressed that something was wrong and I would get up there and not have a room... but I did finally get the room info. When I got there, the first thing we noticed was the door barely closed and then when you made it close, it would stick. It made us feel unsafe. Overall, several of the doors stuck and were hard to open/close. Then, we tried to turn the air down and it wouldn't go below 75. Well, I have asthma and spinal stenosis so I need cool air to breathe and cool air for my warm neck pad I'm supposed to wear at night. Being so hot, I started having asthma attacks and finally called the number in the condo and, though I felt terrible for waking the lady up, had to complain about the air. That night just after midnight the property manager came and said we were out of coolant. They came the next day (while we were out of the room) and supposedly fixed it. Monday evening it got down to 74 so when I woke up Tuesday morning sick, we went and bought a fan. The manager saw me bringing the fan in and I just shook my head. By late that night it FINALLY kicked on and cooled to 70... by this time, I was coughing and could barely speak. Maybe because I was upset about the air and sick, I got upset at the lack of real concern for comfort such as everything was mismatched as if someone went through their decor and used whatever they no longer wanted. The couch was painfully uncomfortable and the TV was roku only, that was miserable. One toilet wouldn't flush, the other is really loose and kept turning sideways. One bathroom has a nasty looking hole from water damage. The balcony door was hard to open and would stick, we were scared to close the door if we went out there. One of the balcony chairs is broken and is rusty so if you sit down, you could either rip your outfit or your leg... and need a tetanus shot. The floors and toilets were dirty... overall, the place needs to be completely remodeled. I hate feeling so disappointed but our stay last year was PERFECT. That condo was gorgeous, well maintained, clean and so cozy and comfortable. I never thought a different unit could be so bad.

Our vacation

The condo was beautiful, it could definitely use some deep cleaning. There were ants in the small bathroom and found a couple in the big bathroom as well, under the couch cushions really needed vacuuming. The chair outside was broken and we only had one pool pass. I tried to reach out twice, to inform management and never got response. Other then that our vacation was wonderful!
