  • Bring your boat and stay docked at this unique 5 bedroom 3 full bath canal front home. The house is laid out to entertain, handicap accessible, and sleep up to 14 guests comfortably. Enjoy summer nights on the spacious deck over the gas fire pit or cuddle up inside next to the fireplace on those chilly days. The property offers a large dock plenty of room to dock up to two twenty five boats. Weather you're a family looking for a vacation or a avid fisherman/duck hunter this house will satisfy the needs.

    The space
    The main floor consists of master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom. Second bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins. Washer, dryer, another full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and living room are on the main floor. The Third bedroom upstairs has a king bed with baby crib. The fourth bedroom has a full and queen bed. Also there is a full bathroom on this floor as well. The fifth bedroom is in the basement and finished with a bar and two queen beds. The basement walks out into the garage/game room which is insulated and heated. Garage has a built in handicap ramp that leads to main level. The house sits on 300ft of canal frontage and has a dock to park boats. Three kayaks with paddles and life jackets onsite available to rent. Full fish cleaning station, massive deck with natural gas fire pit, wood burning pit and sand area, screened in porch with propane grill. 18kw back up generator so your vacation doesn't get ruined by a storm. The house is perfect for boaters, fisherman, and duck hunters. Within minutes you can be on Wildfowl Bay.

Our family spent a week in this house and it was all that we were looking for. So much to do both on the property and around the area. Plenty of room for us to eat family dinners together and play games but also spaces inside and out to get away for some quiet time. Very nice to have 2 refrigerator/freezers and the grill was fantastic! We really enjoyed everything this house provided and highly recommend it.

We loved how clean and inviting the property looked. The game room was our hangout many evenings. The convenience of having a dock for our boat right outside was what sealed the deal for us. We would definitely think of staying here again.

This was our third time staying here. We love it! It is very family-friendly and there is plenty of room for all 10 of us. It is very clean and the Host is easily available to help you with anything you need. I highly recommend you choose this home, you will not be disappointed!

Our family loved our accommodations. The home has a welcoming feel. Beds are very comfortable. House is stocked with all the necessities. The home was larger than anticipated (loved the game room) and added features like the garage refrigerators and freezers were very helpful. The canal location was perfect for walleye fishing adventures. We hope to stay again soon!

Excellent stay!!! Traveling with 6 total for a high school reunion we have every year. Back porch area lovely for sitting anytime of the day or night. Beds comfortable, plenty of room. Property very clean and comfortable. Sleepers beach was awesome, clean, and water warm enough to swim. We cooked in every day and night. Didn't care to leave. Would definitely stay again. Thermostat a bit hard to figure out, but we trudged again and finally got it right. Thank you

We brought our kids and grandkids here, and it was a wonderful experience! We had five adults and five children aged 9 to 15. This spot was just what we needed. The kids had a blast fishing in the canal. We also had a fantastic time kayaking and playing in the game room. We spent a day at the beach in Caseville. The house was spacious and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed since we cooked most of our meals there. The host was easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay on Sand Point. We were a group of 6 adults (3 couples). The house was very comfortable for us! There were two bedrooms that were not even used by us. Three full bathrooms allowed for each couple to have their own bathroom. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the Weber grill and also the firepit on the outdoor deck made for a great evening. The house is decorated beautifully and the beds are very comfortable. A short, 10 minute drive to the town of Caseville. There was nothing more we could ask for in a vacation home! Thank you to the owners!

This house is amazing! Will definitely stay here again. It is lovely! Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed. The restaurants nearby were great also.
