「This property is ran/owned by a young couple. The room and bathroom were spacious and quite nice. Very clean as well. It looks as a place they are still working on. Specially the outer part of the house. The hosts were very kind and nice. I recommend them for your stay. 」

「We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance. We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. 「Big bedroom with excellent size and comfortable bed. Great balcony overlooking the lake, but it is on a busy road so it can get noisy. Sofa in lounge is not particularly comfortable for relaxing in the evening. General location is good for Lenno via the Greenway. The apartment did have a slight smell of smoke upon arrival. 」

「Wir waren 2 Wochen zum Arbeiten dort und es war eine Zumutung! Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar.
