「Hosts treated us like family! Place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Beds were great, had all the essentials, and was right on the river. Covered porch and side porch were great to relax on when the rains came thru. Overall great stay here, and would absolutely book again! Elisha is one of the best hosts I've ever interacted with! She helped us out with a number of things that came up on our end and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! 」

「Amazing」

「The owner was very quick at responding, and willing to alleviate any concerns immediately. The property was very clean and well taken care of. The inside had many cosmetic upgrades. There were a few minor broken things (toilet paper holder broketoilet lidtttoilet lid」

「Property was as described but the description about plenty of room for parking was misleading. We had a 44 ft fifth wheel and without expertise driving you won't get your rig near the house. The turns are too sharp and tight in either direction of the road. We had to go past the road up to the hospital on the top of the hill all the way around to get the rig turned around to come back down the hill to get up the the road to the front of the house. When we left we had the back back down the road...

「This estate was a perfect family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. The host gave important information in a timely manner and the housekeeper answered questions quickly and precisely. The place is kept up and nestled in a beautiful location. Three of the family members played golf one night. Two family members enjoyed runs and the rest explored hiking. There was ample room for everyone; fun activities like ping pong and corn hole. We just had the best time and I am glad I found this...

「We stayed here for a family event. Ages of our group range from 83 to 17. Our hosts were so welcoming and beyond hospitable. Their house was very clean and located close to everything we needed. The street is quite peaceful. We enjoyed the personal touches at this location and appreciated the handicap accessibility with the ramp and walk-in shower. I would definitely recommend! 」

「Property was clean and conveniently located to the ATV trails. It had everything 8 guys could need for an ATV trip. The hose out front came in handy to clean off after a days ride. Another reviewer commented that grocery stores were not close and that was accurate as we found it to be about 25 minutes from a Walmart and groups of stores and restaurants. No fault whatsoever of the host, just load up on food or plan on driving a bit to a real store. Thumbs up!! We all said we would rent this...

「Despite a couple of issues "Homeplace" was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I am a veteran so I have been to a number of locations. Becky answered my texts promptly. More importantly I had some difficulty locating the home. I didn't realize I was only a few blocks away. Becky answered my call and gave the directions to the house. 「The host answered all my questions quickly. She worked to answer my questions and solve any issues. The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It is very spacious. 「Very convenient location, close to Rock House and Devil Anse systems. We had a power outage our first night and Gary stopped in to check that we were okay and see if we needed more batteries for the provided lanterns.
