“Great communication ! check in and check out was seamless , and they were very accommodating with my additional day that was needed due to a family emergency . 5 stars stay here for all your indianapolis plans !”

“Perfect! Clean spacious, and secluded. This was the perfect space for our family. We truly enjoyed every bit of the outdoors area basketball court volleyball and we were able to have a bonfire. The grocery store is also directly across the street which was extremely convenient. We definitely plan to come back next year in July 2027. I truly recommend staying here.”

“Great place!! Easy to get to, great communication as to parking, expectations, etc.The kitchen and living room were great for our needs, especially the large kitchen table. It was nice having the living room area and bathroom in the basement, as well as the three bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor.(Water pressure and hot water were both fantastic also!)We didn’t get to use the bonfire pit, but it and the patio and back yard were a nice setup.Thank you for having us!!”

“Everything went great for this rental.”

“The property had everything as it was listed. Great location and easy check in.”

“Great place to stay! Plenty of bedrooms and the basement is nice to have some extra space. Super convenient location.”

“It was perfect”

“The staff who communicated with me was very responsive and kind. The house itself was lovely, although the stairs were steep and a little hard to get luggage up. The parking was tiny, and difficult to traverse in our compact SUV. It was dog friendly, but the yard was not, being just a concrete slab with some weeds they could potty on, but there was a park across the street to walk them.”

“Cleaned and very comfortable. Quiet residential trip. Exterior is dated but masks an updated interior. Close to Butler”

“Real nice”

“Great location and the house has plenty of space for everyone.”

“It was easy to get to and the hosts were very helpful. Bathroom layout was a little odd but it was workable for us.”

“Host was very accommodating. We had a death in the family and it was a quick turn around. Safe and great location to downtown.”

“Very nice home with excellent host. So close to downtown Indy and the speedway! Would highly recommend!”

“Clean”

“I recently booked the house with a three-car garage through your platform. The property exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. The spacious garage was a definite highlight, providing ample parking space. Overall, it was a great stay. Regards, Ahmad”

“This was the nicest house I have ever rented. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and the decor was stunning. The host literally thought of everything. She even went above and beyond and added special touches!”
