「The service provided by Eric and his team was nothing short of spectacular! On the day of our arrival he connected with us to ensure he was there to receive us on arrival. We got lost and he was able to help us navigate and meet us on the other side of the entrance with his team ready to assist with our luggages. He then got us settled letting us know everything we need to know about the place. He even gave us suggestions on nightlife places we might like. On our last day he also assisted us...

「It was very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and included all needed basics (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds), shampoo, soap. Towels are clean, white, and smell fresh. Ortigas is a very busy city, so it's not quiet, you can hear sounds of cars and horns, but tolerable. The breakfast had a good selection of food. Staff are very friendly and polite. Philippine hospitality is number 1!!!!!」

「The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is quiet and it's near very nice cafes. The price is also just right. The wifi inside my room was weak, but the wifi in the lobby was strong enough to conduct online classes and meetings. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay!!」

「因為是服務式公寓, 不能和一般酒店裡面的設施去比較. 入住前最好預先用電郵或者到達馬尼拉時用電話聯絡公寓. 到了再聯絡管家等取鑰匙, 房間有簡單設備, 毛巾只有兩條浴巾, 牙刷, 飲用水, 但WIFI超慢.. 個人覺得這家服務式公寓唯一好處就只是地點方便, 附近有超市, 餐廳...等等! 如果你要到附近出差是還可以的. 但千萬不要要求有酒店式的服務. 」

「The room unit or room was owned by an individual but very well maintained. There was dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a portable cookstove, and cutleries. There was free soap, toothbrush and toothpaste to use. There was no free slippers though. The AC is a small window type and not the split type that is much more compatible with the room size. The bed was big and there was even a pull out bed matress under the bed, so the stated can sleep 4 was really true, can even sleep 5. The TV was big and...
