Rural house (full rental) El Pongallin for 12 people

The house has all kinds of amenities and equipment to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Outside there is a large garden equipped with barbecue. On the ground floor
 you have a gignase a fubbolin and ping pong


It has central heating. It has five rooms with their respective bathrooms, televisions and piped music a large kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, a large living room of 40 square meters with TV46. and a rustic fireplace. Free WIFI

Animals are not permitted.

A place of luxury, in a perfect place, ten minutes from the beach and the mountains, with much to see and feel.

The house has five rooms, all with television and piped music:

A main room of 32 m2 with 1,50 cm bed. and full bathroom two rooms of 14 meter with beds of 1.50 and bathroom with shower in the corridor
Another room of 22 meters with two beds of 1.50 and sevice in the hall
12 meter room with 2 beds of 1.00 meter
We also have three cots on request
 
Kitchen of 25 square meters with television and piped music, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils; crockery, cutlery and appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, etc.)

The house was truly magnificent and the view was amazing.It was spotlessly clean, it had everything you could possibly need, even a garage for our motorcycles.The host went to great lengths to show us around and did everything she could to make us feel welcome, including arranging a lift to the supermarket on an especially rainy day.I recommend this place 100% and I would absolutely stay there again.

Casa con instalaciones y vistas maravillosas

La casa estaba en una ubicación maravillosa y las vistas espectaculares. Los anfitriones muy atentos con nosotros. Aspectos a mejorar: la casa tiene dos plantas y la cocina está en el sótano, en la zona de juegos y acceso directo al jardín. Nos hubiera gustado que hubiese una cocina en la primera planta y así poder tenerla más a mano del salón o los dormitorios.

Magnifica Casa . INCREIBLE

Los anfitriones viven justo en la casa de al lado. Muy amables , y atentos en cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado . Un 10 .. y la casa igual un 10 . Ultra limpia , cuidada , con todos los detalles para hacer la estancia un lujo .. la parte de juegos , cocina y jardin con barbacoa esta en la parte baja de la casa ... lo que hacia ideal la estancia . Las vistas y la tranquilidad no tiene precio .. Para volver sin lugar a dudas . Ademas de muy bien ubicada. Con servicios muy cerca . Gracias miles a nuestros anfotriones .

What can I say. This villa was beyond expectations. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The location was beautiful with a wonderful view of the sunset over the mountains. There was plenty to do in the villa with the games room, which kept all my children entertained. The property was spotless on arrival and there were fresh towels provided. The rooms and beds were comfortable and had plenty of space and facilities, including a master bedroom with en-suite. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay with plenty of crockery and pans for cooking.I had been anxious about where I would charge my electric vehicle during the stay and where the charging point would be but the hosts also provided me with this facility! This meant I could charge my car overnight, which was most convenient. there was plenty of parking for the vehicles we arrived with and for my brother to visit us from his home nearby. The location was brilliant for going on day trips with short drives to different beaches, the river, a dinosaur museum and the place of a real dinosaur footprint, which my 4 year old was excited about, and an old copper mine.The villa was a short walk to a local convenience store and a bakery and a short drive to the local town of Infiesto for a larger supermarket and other shops. Other activities we didn't take part in could have included kayaking, climbing and visiting Arriondas, alas there was not enough time. I highly recommend El Pongallin. Thank you!

Sensacional en todo sentido

Fuimos 9 Personas (6 mayores y 3 niñas). Estuvimos en todo momento muy agusto. María Eugenia y su marido han estado muy atentos. La casa es una pasada y está muy limpia y bien equipada. Las camas muy cómodas. Volveremos a repetir!

10 eko etxea / Una casa de 10

Lau familia joan ginen, 8 nagusi eta 8 ume. Gure seme-alabak bi urte eta 6 urteko umeak dira. Alde batetik,eguraldi kaxkarra izan genuen baina horrela, etxeari probetxu atera genion, gainera etxeak dituen paisaiak izugarri ederrak dira. Beste aldetik, etxeko gelak oso zabalak eta erosok dira baita egongela ere. Eguraldia zela eta, zapatuan etxe barnean egon ginen. Joku gela bat dagoenez, gure seme-alabek han eman zuten eguna futbolinean jolasten, pinponean... Eta txikitxuek be bai,leku zabala denez, bere txokoa eduki zuten. Benetan, 10 eko etxea, ingurune ezin hobean. Fuimos 4 familias, 8 adultos y 8 niños y niñas de entre 6 y dos añitos. El tiempo no nos acompaño mucho, pero asi pudimos sacarle provecho y disfrutar de la casa y de sus espectaculares vistas. Las habitaciones son comodas y amplias asi como el salon. El sabado pasamos todo el dia en la sala de juegos y los pekes disfrutaron un monton del futbolin. Los mas txikis, tambien tuvieron su espacio de juego y estuvieron muy entretenidos. Una casa de 10, en un entorno inmejorable.

La casa y el trato recibido nos ha encantado. Hemos estado un grupo de amigos y no hemos tenido ninguna queja sobre el alojamiento. Immaculate large semi-detached villa in the Picos foothills.

This amazing property in the Picos foothills was ideal for our motorcycling group of friends. There are great views from the patio with an excellent outdoor BBQ facility (with supplied wood) and benches which we made use of 3 times. The property garage has been turned into a games room with (free) Pool, Bar football, Table tennis and darts, there are also other games supplied in the Large comfortable Lounge. The Spanish only speaking owners that live in the attached property allowed us to put our motorbikes in a separate underground garage and were very helpful. Unfortunately the language barrier did not allow our english only speaking group to get to know them better, but we got by using google translate on our phones using the property Wifi. The Villa is situated in a small, quiet village about half a mile from the main road through Sevares. Handily for us there was a small cheap local bar 100m from the house in the village which opened till early and was excellent with very friendly bar staff and locals. There is one bakery, one mini market one good restaurant and a garage on the main road in the town a short distance away. The local main town is Arriondas for main shopping and an adventure centre with Canoe / Quad bike hire and 'Go Ape' type activities.

Deze woning biedt de nodige ruimte voor 2 gezinnen. Alles is kraaknet en alles is aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. Je kan er buiten barbecue'n. Het ligt ideaal, tussen de kust en het natuurreservaat 'de picos de europa', waar zeer mooie wandelingen kunnen worden gemaakt. De gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam, het enige nadeel is dat je best spaans spreekt voor een vlotte communicatie. Maar dat losten we op met google translate :-) . Een aanrader !

casa perfecta para pasar unos dias en familia o con amigos, aun siendo muchos existe intimidad a la par que espacios comunes amplios para compartir sin sentirse apretujados. Anfitriones maravillosos, decoración cuca, camas cómodas y habitaciones silenciosas en un entorno natural incomparable. Localización perfecta para excursiones de medio dia descubriendo Asturias. No hay mejor lugar en el oriente asturiano

Muchas gracias a María Eugenia y a su familia por el trato a la nuestra. Siempre es un placer volver al Pongallín, todo cinco estrellas, si pruebas repetirás. Totalmente accesible, justo entre la comarca más turística de Asturias, y el centro de la región, en el mejor sitio, tranquilidad y confort. Mencionar que los apartados de "equipamientos" y "calidad del sueño" deberían tener siete estrellas en este caso. Personal y profesionalmente conozco decenas de establecimientos rurales y os diré que este es de los mejores de Asturias y del país con mucho... poco habrá mejor que disfrutar unos días en la llomba El Pongallín.

Muy recomendable.

Estuvimos el pasado 16 y 17 de Noviembre en este lugar, muy confortable y amplio, limpio y tranquilo, los caseros muy buena gente y muy detallista, nos dieron unos huevos de casa y un par de botellones de sidra. Lo recomiendo sin dudar, para aquellos grupos de personas que quieran dibertirse y estar como en casa. Y a los que vienen de fuera seguro que les resultara una experiencia preciosa.

CASA Y PAISAJE ESPECTACULAR.

Llevaba tiempo queriendo alojarme en este establecimiento y, por fin, este año ha podido ser. La casa está situada en el mejor lugar del pueblo, Sevares, con unas vistas espectaculares de día y mágicas de noche. Con rutas a pie desde la misma casa, y muy bien ubicado para moverte por Asturias. Los dueños son encantadores y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. La casa........impresionante, enorme, habitaciones muy espaciosas: dos dobles en la primera planta, compartiendo baño, una de ellas con camas de 150; tres con cama de matrimonio en la segunda planta: dos comparten baño y otra enorme lo tiene dentro. Salón confortable, una cocina con todo lo que se necesita y más y el garaje lo mejor de todo: con su billar, su mesa de pingpong, su futbolín, que da mucho juego para los 9 que éramos y un baño. Fuera se puede disfrutar de un jardín muy bien cuidado, mesas enormes y dos barbacoas, ahhhhhhhhhh y lo más divertido: el juego de la rana, vaya partiditas que nos hemos echado. La limpieza de la casa cuando llegamos impecable. El único pero el baño compartido de la 2ª planta, que era complicado cerrar la puerta y hacía mucho ruido por las noches. Pero ya están en ello y seguro que lo arreglan en breve. Si queréis un alojamiento para toda la familia y para amigos, no lo dudéis, no os decepcionará. Gracias Mª Eugenia por los huevos, la sidrina y por todo en general. Habéis sido unos perfectos anfitriones. Ahhh, gracias también por enviarme lo que me dejé. Besos para todos, volveremos a veros.

Estuvimos 9 adultos con un bebe y lo pasamos genial. A la casa no le falta de nada y si faltara se lo dices a Eugenia, que vive al lado, y te lo soluciona. Gracias Eugenia y marido por vuestra atención y amabilidad. Flipantes esos huevos junto a la sidrina que nos pareció un gran regalo de bienvenida. Alrededores magnificos, es Asturies. La casa es impresionante. 100% recomendable.

Preciosa casa rural

Estuvimos varias familias en esta impresionante casa rural. Nos encantó la casa y la finca en la que está ubicada la cual está muy cuidada por sus dueños. No hubo nada que nos decepcionará. La casa está perfectamente equipada, para entretener a los niños y adultos dispone de mesa de pimpón, futbolín y billar que nos vino muy bien como entretenimiento pues tuvimos mala suerte con el tiempo y nos llovió. Aunque es una casa perfecta para disfrutar en verano también la recomendaría para el invierno. Los dueños muy amables.
