「Room was clean and a good size. There was some dinning options very close by like cheesecake factory and a few others. The staff was very helpful and nice. We enjoy our stay even if it was a short one.」
「I highly recommend staying here. It was clean, comfortable, and we received excellent service. The breakfast is very good for a free buffet style setup. It’s about 20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga or lookout Mt. The only negative is that the pool isn’t heated and it was frigid. But we still had a blast riding the water slide. 」
「The only complaint we had was there were several people outside drinking when we came in and they were bothering us and when we went out the next morning they were still out there drinking. For a group of ladies it was unsettling to have people doing that right outside the door to go in and out. 」

My ONLY complaint is that I had to check out before the night clerk had access to the room scheduling software. Huh? He told me that he couldn't check anyone out before 0400. I had to leave at about 0310.

「Beside the convenient location and affordable rate, there is a very nice &kind lady (sorry I didn’t get her name but she works 5am shift), offering to make our family breakfast bags because we had to catch our flight at 3am and breakfast is not served until 7am on Saturday.. she made sure what type of foods/fruits/milk that we like and she put together breakfast to go bags for each of our family members.. that is the 5stars service right there , she made sure her guests feel at home .. this lady...
「The inn was great! Spacious room, comfortable bed and possibly one of the best showers I've had in a while! I can see why people keep returning here. I was a bit inconvenienced because my room was up a flight of stairs and i had to drag all my stuff up, but once I got to the room, I had no issues!
