"This is our favorite place to get away from the valley and be in the pines. The home is warm, wonderful, with the absolute best gathering areas (think very “I’m in a hallmark movie” vibe with the adorable outdoor fireplace and dining areas) and the most comprehensive supplies I’ve ever encountered in any VRBO, anywhere. The owners are accessible, kind, and attentive when you have a question or a need. We were wanting to come a little early because it was going to be a big snowstorm the night of our arrival, and the owners were kind enough to allow us to come as soon as the cleaners were done preparing the home. We had our dogs with us and wanted to be all settled in before the snow came. Being desert dwellers, the idea of a ton of snow was exciting and a little intimidating! But the house had lanterns and a generator in case anything were to happen (it didn’t, the snow was moderate and by Sunday am most of it had melted). We have stayed here multiple times over the years and love this place more every time we stay. There is a magic about it and the owners have paid attention to every detail, which means you as a traveler don’t have to do anything but pull up with a suitcase. And then have the most relaxing time ever. Thank you Nick and Terra for the best escape to the Pines!! "
