「First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me
Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. 「What a great location! Walking distance to UVA's central campus, to Main Street, to the hospital. Valet parking only, which usually drives me nuts but the staff here was so quick with grabbing my car that I didn't mind. Friendly and happy to recommend restaurants. Great cafe on property and a bar in the main building, which we didn't try but looked gorgeous. Fantastically comfortable bed. Would absolutely stay here again. 」
