“Nice house in a good location. We enjoyed our visit.”

“What an epic weekend and this house made it even better. We had plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space to hangout even with the size of our group. Having the downstairs game room was awesome we mainly hangout in that room all weekend. Location was awesome right down road from Pinehurst Country Club and surrounded by golf courses. Plenty of space for cars to park. We fit two in the garage and 6 in the driveway just overall an amazing weekend.”

Downtown Pinehurst is 10 minutes and downtown Southern Pines less than 10 minutes. Very nice office in the house for anyone needing to work while they are away. Plenty of couches and spaces to relax in the house as well. Great kitchen and kitchen table for those wanting to eat some meals in. Would definitely stay here again.”

“My buddy and I (60 years old each) were invited to his son’s golf bachelor party but we wanted separation from The craziness. We chose the Ivy Kirk cottage since he fit our needs and was just two miles from where they were staying. We couldn’t have enjoyed the relief, relaxation and tranquil setting of this home. Very clean and nice layout for a small group desiring the same. Spent very little time there but when we did we could just chill and it was perfect. Only recommendations would be to……
