“Typical”

“The staff was amazing all for the manager who was rude and clearly did not care about her guest or their stay. There was old furniture and junk all over the pool area. Advertised as an indoor pool and it was outside but covered.”

“I was bit by something both nights. Carpet was horrible. Couch was horrible. Bed was dirty and horrible. A/C filter was horrible. Not a cleaning person in sight all weekend.”

“My room wasn't cleaned by housekeeping on my second day.”

“The dogs barked in an upstairs room all night the first night. The key to the room would work off an on. And the breakfast was acceptable … but always out of items or low. Coffee was good. Staff was friendly. There are no really good hotel choices so Hampton was the best option. ”

“I wasn't expecting much as I've never stayed in a Knights Inn and no one I ask had either. Let me tell you this will be my first choice when I book my next trip. Nothing bad to say.”

“We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch.”

“Everything was truly excellent! The check in staff was cheerful and courteous. The property was beautifully manicured and clean. Our room was spotless. The beds and pillows (4 per bed!) were very comfortable. We were on the first floor. I was a little worried about that. Sometimes being on the first floor and at the front of the building can be noisy but we didn’t hear anything! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of items to choose from. “Unfortunately this Hotel could be nice but if the facility had operative items. Hotel is very dated and had a smoky smell in hall ways. Elevators were broke. This was very bad for my elderly parents to do stairs. Tv remotes were not working in rooms. New staff unaware how to help the with TVs.”
