“Don't waste your money. The main dock is closed and it’s in the middle of nowhere. Couldn’t find the game room that was advertised and it was overpriced for what it was. Our appliances did not work due to the only outlet near being dead. The fridge was also leaking. Bathrooms need cleaning as well. We found mold in the AC and the door deadbolt didn’t work. If everything was working and it was clean, it might be worth closer to what it was priced. Also, service feeds add like 40 to the original……

“Second time staying here. Best hotel in Sumter. Friendly staff, great location.”

“Room was clean and I got peaceful rest. Plenty of room to park my truck and the breakfast was good. Definitely a good deal price wise and updated amenities.”

“Overall great experience.”

“櫃台过忙，房間稍窄，購物不便，清潔員工態度很好。”

“服务好，住得舒适”

“Everything was great and very clean”

“Good”

The breakfast was very good and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. In-room amenities were limited (no closets, no tea/coffee in the room, only very bright overhead lights), but thought had been given to providing access in the lobby to replace some--round the clock tea/coffee, a pool table, kids' toys, individual little……

“We found this hotel on our way from Florida to New York. It was a very good and clean hotel. In particular, the beautiful lady at the front desk helped us very enthusiastically. Thank you very much!”

“I loved my stay, especially the night staff. I arrived late and she welcome to me with a lovely greeting got me checked in promptly and assisted me with everything that I needed.”

“The room had a distinct smell. Some areas were not dusted. Sofa had a spot on it. The prior guest left a cell phone charger, that was one reason I felt the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The phone was not plugged in. Tried to call for wake up, no dial tone then noticed the phone was not connected. Didn’t have time to inform the desk clerk. Plenty towels and washcloths.”

“Loved the room and the Southern Hospitality”
