There is a cute town 20 minutes away so not too remote but still away from too many people which was really nice!!! Property was also very clean and communication with host was fast and easy 😁”

“It was a wonderful getaway, the house is beautiful and so spacious. The location is wonderful and we really enjoyed our time. The house shows a bit of wear and tear from previous renters, but I will definitely be staying again. The caretakers were communicative and made themselves available for us while we were there. We had a great time!”

“The start was little off for us when Google maps directions threw us off (don’t take the OLD Poker Barn road) and ATT cell reception was spotty , but fortunately connected with Bryan and got in without any more fuss. House was perfectly located in front of the river, all amenities available, very peaceful and our pets had the most fun as well. We got some great family time bonding…. Checked out local historic landmarks, old towns etc… overall great trip and wonderful place…..”

“My husband and I and another couple who live very busy lives, were looking to escape the day to day monotony. This Cabin on the river was so beautiful and relaxing. The cabin was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The deck and outdoor patio were perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Trailhead pizza was amazing and just a short walk from the cabin. The Coffee Creek Country market was a great little spot to check out as well. There is so much to explore and lots of……

“On arrival the code for the door did not work the host was not available by phone. The house was cold upon entering and it took hours to heat up. 2 of the remotes for the mini splits had dead batteries and did not work. The (bed) in the guest room was a box spring with a mattress topper on it. The bed in the master was old and had a large sunken spot in the middle making it very uncomfortable. There was dog poop in the yard around the fruit trees. Overall we did not have a good stay.”

“This house was so perfect for us! We had six teens in the loft and 2 upstairs bedrooms. They enjoyed having their own space. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs room. I had a couple of questions so I reached out the property manager, Bobbi - she was so helpful, very kind, and welcoming. The house was clean and fit our group very comfortably. The yard is large and well maintained, we enjoyed hanging out on the large deck while we BBQ’d one evening. The little store is in walking distance……

“Great trip. The home was well supplied. The host was amazing and very helpful to us all. It is very quiet and clean. It would be good for future renters to know that there are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom and a loft upstairs with 4 beds and a bathroom. There is no door to close to give you privacy between the 4 beds so it isn't really a 3 bedroom VRBO. It's more like a 2 bedroom home with a large loft. You have to walk through each other's space to go to the bathroom or downstairs. We……

“After heading a wedding near Redding, we ventured to Weaverville for R n R. Went to Avenue of the Giants to see the redwoods. A long drive but worth it. BRBO was great!”

“We had a great time relaxing in this home. It was very clean, the beds are beyond comfortable! Kitchen is so well stocked with cooking supplies! Walking to the river and fishing in the morning and evening was so nice and fun for the kids. When finding the house look at the street signs not your phone, it’s easy! Adorable Weaverville is just minutes away for ice cream and dinner.”
