「Great gym and spa services」

「Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try).」

「非常好的住宿體驗，地方大、房間濶。」

「Fully equipped home in a hotel. You can stay here just like at home, with fully equipped kitchen, laundry service, besides the stylish decorations, and free coffee area for chilling in lounge and free continental breakfast. Wonderful stay!」

「整體環境較舊」

「The room met expectations good bed, good pillows, restful sleep. The connection to terminal five is extremely convenient. The restaurant has reasonably good food, but the service was completely overwhelmed by an unfortunate swarm of passengers thrown off of a canceled flight.」

「Overall very good, also not far from Train station」

「古式古香，民宿型旅館，近機場，步行一、二分鐘有巴士站。」

「The environment was good, everything was nice except that they close the aircon at mignight.」

「Excellent hotel , friendly staff , restaurant is perfect with good food , nice breakfast 」

「very accesible from the airport. No noise from the airplanes and was able to sleep comfortable」

「客房整潔舒適。由機場去酒店有機場巴士和公交。鄰近酒店也有數條巴士線去倫敦其他地方。早餐豐富。整體性價比高。值得推薦。」
