“飯店迎賓很有禮貌，速度也很快；房間大致上算舒適，設備略顯老舊，浴缸小小矮矮的，有點奇怪；床非常舒服，陽台看出去是一望無際的美景，小廚房裡應有儘有，很方便，冰箱也很大，適合自己弄點簡單的輕食在陽台享用。”

“Our Villa was clean and comfortable. We got in late, but getting our key and paperwork was easy. Finding our Villa in the dark was a little challenging. Once we figured out that Santa Rosa 2 that was listed on paperwork was shown on the villa as Santa Rosa II(Roman numeral), we were good to get into the place. We did not use any of the amenities on the property, as we departed the next morning. We would definitely stay there again!”

“It’s much different from any other hotel that I stayed out before I kind of dig the high-tech way of accessing the hotel and also your room by using your mobile device and keypad entry. I have to admit it certainly makes the check-in process much easier compared to other hotels. The pool is pretty great too. “Everything was perfect. From check in to check out! There are four pools and each has its own charm and menu! We spent time at all but the spa. The new Conchilla pool had a great mellow vibe and menu. The room was really nice. We had a king lake view. Great location. The bathroom definitely could use a remodel but it was fine. The bed was firm and comfy nice soft sheets. Dog friendly but bring your own bowls because they are not provided. Lots of activities for the kids but definitely is……
