“Staff was great. Thank you to the gentleman at réception who pointed is to a less hairy way out of Piodao through Vendas da Galizes. We are so grateful. Property is mice and clean but needs a little work here and there. Buffet restaurant is OK.”

“Hotel excelente num local muito agradável e tranquilo. as instalações são ótimas e o pessoal muito solicito e gentil. Embora o restaurante do hotel não funcionar no dia da minha hospedagem há algumas opções de restaurantes próximos mas não muitas. O pequeno almoço estava ótimo e muito bem servido com frutas e omeletes saborosos ! Fiquei arrependido de me hospedado por apenas 1 noite. O Hotel e a região merece no mínimo 2 diárias.”

“O Spa era excelente. A estadia correu muito bem.”

“Excelente espacio para descansar, increíbles vistas, la habitación impecable, muy buen servicio la verdad, para mí 10/10. Escogería nuevamente sin dudar”

“The property is out in the quiet countryside about 15 minutes from a small town with restaurants, etc. The hotel itself provides breakfast and you can have dinner there as well for an additional price which is very reasonable. It has a beautiful large pool and is nice overall for relaxing. A wonderful, quiet getaway.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palacete do Guerreiro Charme Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care, love and attention to detail has gone into creating this very special place. The interiors are beautifully understated, with high-quality finishes, thoughtful details and excellent amenities throughout. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfasts were a real highlight: fresh, healthy, varied and absolutely delicious. The scrambled eggs may……

“Honestly not worth the $ especially for a 5 star hotel, food was bad, ordered room service it was disgusting and no flavour, called back ask to have it freshly made it came and it was fresh so a 5 star hotel giving you old cold food? Shouldn’t happen”

“Een geweldig, mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ook het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. We hebben genoten”

“This was the best hotel in our Europe tour. Villagge where hotel is, is lovely, small village in the middle of mountains. Room had it's oen kitchen so I could made my own breakfast, which was good cause breakfast was served starting 9.00 am .. I wake up at 4.30 so I couldn't wait that long to get something to eat. 😄 I will come here again.. loved it!”

“Excelente hotel. Clean, spacious room. Excelente restaurant dinner food . Excelente breakfast. Good parking lot. Recommended.”

“Excellent hotel in Covilhã, we visit Covilhã every couple of months for medical reasons, there are two hotels that we use, both with pools, depending upon the price at the time. This time it was Donna Marie. Excellent as always, everything works, is clean, and relaxing. The pool area is incredible, a good sized indoor pool, poolside recliners, jacuzzi and shower. The outdoor area is really cool Lots of recliners and squishy chairs & sofas with parasols ☺️ Very good breakfast buffet, the fried……

“The property was exceptionally clean and spacious. The facilities were lovely. Peaceful area around the pool. Great location in Coja.”

“Great amenities and also very relaxing away from city traffic and noise.”

“This is a lovely 4 star hotel. Cv nice indoor and outdoor pool. The staff and v attentive and breakfast are good. Location is knockout. But the food in the restaurant isn’t great. Also if it’s busy you get put in a very sub standard cafe type extension - tables without table clothes and v uncomfortable dining chairs. I would recommend to friends with this one provisor.”

“Extremely clean property. Staff were extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. They get your bags, and load them to your room. Easy and quick check in. Complimentary drink before you get to the room. The place smelt like heaven. Not sure what that fragrance was going on in the building, but it was divine.”
