We stayed here for one night whilst visiting Florence also. The hotel is a great location a couple of minutes walk from the train station so perfect for a day out in Pisa and returning to the hotel to grab our bags and head to the airport in the afternoon. Whilst i was concerned by some reviews in regards to the safety of the are due to being close to the station as two women we did not feel unsafe at any point. A couple of minutes from the hotel is a large pedestrian area with shops and restaurents we visited early evening. The receptionist recommend somewhere nice for dinner. It was 20 minute pleasant walk to the Leaning Tower and complex which was lovely to visit The room was perfectly suitable and clean for a one night stay an average size room with enough space for two, a comfy bed and the bathroom was clean. Noise does travel from the above rooms but nothing more than i expect could happen anywhere. Breakfast was included there was a good selection and i would say the food was ok. Staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly short stay in Pisa.

The hotel was ideal for a reasonably priced one night stop-over, and about 20mins walk to the "leaning tower" of Pisa. Buffet breakfast was extensive and good quality.

In a really sketchy covered alley which isn’t evident from the photos. Also located in a rough area with some interesting individuals floating around at night, which would explain the presence of army/police personnel. Not safe, especially for young women in my opinion. Hotel is severely dated, built in the 60s and hasn’t been touched since. Hairdryer blew out smelly air, and looks like an old style vacuum more than anything, was dirty and past its best. Shower cubicle is laughable, absolutely tiny and difficult to move in. Room itself is basic but tired. Our window was shuttered close 😂 Bed pretty firm but not awful. Acoustics of the place are terrible, you can hear EVERYTHING. Only thing going for it was the 2min walk to Pisa Central, which is ideal because you’ll want to leave.

I enjoyed our stay in Hotel La Pace. The room was comfortable (although not the best views, however it was an economy room) and clean, the towels were changed and bed tidied every day when we were out. We had a small issue with the toilet flush which was fixed in less than 2 hours. The only thing could be improved is the wifi - it was quite weak and we were unable to use our devices as the roaming was not the best either.

Good and comfortable hotel. Great location! Seconds from the train station and not far from attractions (20 min walk to tower of Pisa). Very comfortable beds.
