Perfect acommodation

The sheets were crisply laundered and the bathroom and bedroom spotlessly clean. The bathroom spacious and the bed comfortable.

They were really nice to let us do the check in late and really kindly explained us everything. Also he did us the favor to call a taxi so we could leave early in the next morning. The room was really clean and comfortable.

We had some difficulty reaching the owners to arrange for our arrival. The location was fine and parking was close and free. We found to be quite muggy with no fan, no screens to leave the windows open and no air conditioning. You can hear everything so bring earplugs.

It is a room in the house with private bathroom. Its ok to sleep and go,clean enough . The check in was difficult. The phone numbers provuded at the entrance were outdated. You have to contact the owner at least a day before and plann accordingly. I was traveling by carand it waanot convenient as all the trip was a discovery for us and we didnt know where and when we would stop for longer time.

The property has kitchen and many cups and plates, but not many utensils like knife, maybe bottle opener. It could be our bad luck day, only our floor has power outage, the property management is not easy to reach. Also we do not feel safe because the front door does not lock at all even at night after the staff took off.

La mia recente permanenza alla guest house "Il Cielo di Lucio" è stata un'esperienza alquanto deludente. Nonostante le promesse di comfort e ospitalità, mi sono trovato ad affrontare diverse problematiche che hanno compromesso il mio soggiorno. Innanzitutto, il fatto che la struttura non fosse dotata di riscaldamento è stato estremamente sgradevole, specialmente considerando le temperature rigide della stagione. La mancanza di un sistema di riscaldamento adeguato ha reso l'ambiente freddo e poco accogliente, rovinando così il relax che speravo di trovare. Inoltre, la mancanza di personale disponibile è stata altrettanto frustrante. Nonostante avessi bisogno di ulteriori coperte per riscaldarmi durante la notte, non c'era nessuno a cui potessi rivolgermi per chiedere assistenza. È stato spiacevole sentirsi abbandonati e trascurati in un luogo che dovrebbe essere dedicato al benessere degli ospiti. Da aggiungere a tutto ciò, l'assenza di qualsiasi attenzione ai dettagli è stata evidente. La struttura sembrava essere lasciata al caso, con poca cura per l'igiene e l'ordine. Questo ha contribuito a rendere l'esperienza complessiva ancor più sgradevole e poco accettabile. In conclusione, la mia esperienza alla guest house "Il Cielo di Lucio" è stata deludente e non la consiglierei a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Spero che la direzione prenda seriamente in considerazione questi problemi e adotti misure correttive per la qualità del servizio offerto

Solo un cellulare con cui parlare, nessuno presente in struttura, ambiente terribilmente squallido. Chiesto con 5 giorni di anticipo di annullare la prenotazione per intervento posticipato e non hanno accettato. Vivamente sconsigliato, allo stesso prezzo nelle vicinanze ci sono strutture molto più gradevoli.
