Nerone Guesthouse is an approximately 80 sqm apartment overlooking the ancient Walls, just a 5-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and conveniently located for exploring the city on foot. Ideal for 5 guests (up to 7), it features 2 double bedrooms with Queen-size (160x195 cm) and King-size (180x195 cm) beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. A/C is available in all rooms, with Wi-Fi and TVs in the living room and bedrooms.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story building and is accessible only via an external flight of stairs.

Bedroom 1 (sleeps 3): 1 Queen-size double bed (160x195 cm) + 1 single bed (memory foam mattress)

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): 1 King-size double bed (180x195 cm) in a cozier room, with a memory foam mattress; it can also be converted into two single beds

Living room (sleeps 2): French-size sofa bed (140x190 cm), prepared only for bookings of 5 guests or more, or upon request

Bathroom with shower and bidet. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and extra toilet paper are provided.
Kitchenette with induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, moka pot, and coffee machine.
A washer-dryer (in the storage room), drying rack, and iron are also available.
Bed linen and towels are included.

The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by climbing about 15 steps (there is no elevator).

Self check-in is easy and takes place via a lockbox for the keys: go up the external stairs to the main entrance door; the lockbox is clearly visible on the left. Collect the keys and enter the shared entrance hall: the apartment door is a little further ahead on the left.
